They tried to justify the fact that they're charging $520 to neuter a 2 year old dog by saying that "every vet in the capital region cut corners" when I've had two perfectly healthy dogs neutered and spayed through Oakwood for half of that with the same exact procedures. They didn't want to release my dog to a friend because I couldn't make it even though I paid through the phone....tried to charge him again when he got there...But we can definitely leave our dog there overnight for an additional $200... Elise the manager was also incredibly rude and condescending over the phone when my wife called about picking up the dog. To add insult to injury, she asked my wife to remove her review because apparently anyone could read between the lines and know that she was disgruntled since her argument is invalid. By far the worst very I've ever been to and needless to say they won't be seeing us ever again.

My cat and dog both received great care. It's clean and they are flexible with appointments. My whole family brings their animals here as well

Besides being wonderful for regular pet visits for my cats, they were absolutely wonderful throughout my kitten's illness. They were all extremely supportive and I trusted my Maui in their care. I truly felt that they cared about my kitten, all the tech/workers knew him by name and asked about his progress every time I was there. Dr. Green was the main vet that helped us and she was great and I never felt out of the loop with what was going on. Unfortunately our little guy didn't make it, but I did want to take the time to write this. Thank you to everyone there who encountered us or Maui.

GREAT TEAM GREAT TREATMENT LIKE EVERYTHING IT HAS A PRICE BUT DR. MYERS AND THE TEAM GO THAT EXTRA EFFORT FOR THE FUR BABIES.

The staff was friendly to us. The doctors explained everything what they were going to do. They all were very helpful to my babies.
