Really awesome vets! Both of them give you a true sense of genuine compassion for your pet. They both never make you feel rushed at your visit or pressured into treatment plans. Over all the best general vet clinic I have ever delt with by far! And I have been to dozens of vets! Would highly recommend them!!

Everyone who works at Albany Animal Hospital are amazing people. They truly do their best to take care of both animals and their owners. I would also say they are one of the more affordable vet offices in Albany.

Dr Fletcher and everybody there showed my geriatric dog individualized attention and care. I never felt rushed. I was new to the area and therefore a new client, however everybody made me feel as if I'd been going there for ages. I am a former vet tech with specific standards, and I was thrilled with the care my dog received. Follow up has also been above and beyond anything I would expect. I will continue to use Albany Animal Hospital. The whole staff is awesome!

If I could give this vet 10 stars I would. I have been seeing Dr Fletcher for a couple years now for all my dogs. His care and knowledge is exceptional. He works with osu vet students and is amazing at what he does. He is the most reasonable and personable vet I've ever met. Truly loves animals and cares so much. Yet he's very realistic too. He talks with his patients and answers all questions. He's honest and up front when needed, very kind and compassionate. I can't say enough good things about him. I've had my Chihuahua for over 12 years, last year he was attacked by a big pit bull, barely lived through it. Dr. Fletcher and Dr Glaze took such good care of him and did everything they needed to keep him alive and comfortable. Even took my calls after hours to discuss the care of my baby as late as 9pm one night. It's been over a year and my baby is alive and well. He's now suffering from heart failure, separate issue, but Fletcher keeps me very informed and does everything needed to keep my baby well. I know he's in the best hands here. If you ever need a vet, this is the place to go. Either Glaze or Fletcher, both are great. I have a bit of a bias towards Fletcher because of the positive rapport he's built with us over the years, but both are great vets and I would recommend them time and time again. I live an hour away from Albany now, but I still make the drive whenever my dogs need seen because it is worth it in my mind to have such a great vet.

Staff is awesome and caring. Years ago my cat had an asthma attack and i brought her in to dr fletcher and he saved her life. Today i am petting that 16 year old cat, thanks doc!
