I just moved yesterday. I talked to 10 moving companies and Ken was the first to treat me like a person. He understood I hadn't used a moving company before and walked me through the process and answered all my questions professionally. I loved that he used his knowledge of his people and experience to give me a genuine quote. A lot of companies wouldn't guesstimate anything. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is they were 1 hour 20 minutes late but they sent an extra guy. Instead of taking 3-3.5 hours that they estimated with 2 guys, it only took 2 hours with 3 guys. It ended up being $150 less then the minimum quote.
