I would like to relay the inappropriate language and demeanor of the owners son Jay. I ordered a ton of pellets and paid for shipping. The shipment delivered wrong 10 bags short and as I called and spoke with Jay about the wrongful delivery.. I was met with abrasive language. Thankful for the delivery driver that turned around the negative experience when I was finally delivered my proper order. I am a bit dumbfounded that it is "common knowldege" that the owners son jay is abrasive with customers and employees. I would think the owner would take action on repetitive negative experiences caused from his son. It makes me not want to support this store and unfortunately makes me feel intimidated to engage in a confrontational experience, only to fight for what I originally paid for, while being treated terribly.

I personally didn't buy anything. But I did have an incident where I unfortunately was looked out of my vehicle by my toddler while my infant was inside. Their staff was amazing and super helpful. They called a tow truck for me and were prepared to bust my door if it was going to take to long. If they do that for a stranger and not even a customer. I can only imagine the top notch service they must provide those that do come by there. Thank you to all that helped me! Highly recommend supporting this business!

Sadly this hardware store will NOT honour medical exemptions for masks!!! Most places will actually be respectful to me and accept that not everyone can wear a mask. And sadly he said he had a 70 yr old employee who had asthma that wore a mask all day there. Implying that if this older gentleman could wear a mask then I should be able to as well. Sorry but you just lost a customer!!! Anyone needing a hardware store that DOES honour exemptions?? Go to Central Hardware in Enderby!!! They were awesome and respected me!!!

This is my home town homehardware. It hasnt always been a homehardware but its always been a friendly place to go when you need some stuff. I appreciate how half the time i go in there i dont even know what exactly im looking for but i always leave with what i needed. Shout out to jay hes the best!

Worst customer service I have ever had. Each person tells you a different price. No consistency and when you question it you get told take it or leave it. Worth the drive to Enderby forsure, prices are alot cheaper and the customer service is 20x better.

Every time I have gone in, the staff have done an outstanding job. Some people say that their prices are a little higher than the big box stores. However, when I needed material for our fence project, they price matched. We are so lucky to have a store like this in town.

The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and always have good suggestions. You can go in, describe the problem you have encountered in a renovation project and staff quickly shows you options that really work. Each time, I was not even aware the product existed that enabled me to solve my issue.

Good Selection for a small store. Helpful friendly staff. Prices vary from a good buy to overpriced.
