Park Veterinary Centre

I have been bringing my bearded dragon in the past few months as she had some health issues. I found that the staff are very knowledgeable when it comes to reptiles and present many options (based on the cost). They explain things very clearly, and lay out the pros and cons of treatment options. I would recommend to anyone with a bearded dragon to go here; whether for a routine check up or a more complex matter.

Wow! Very impressed with these folks. Went in due to a traumatic injury with our new bird. She was near death and they were so good with her and with us. I felt the prices were very reasonable and the free rechecks were a huge blessing. I think that Dr Bousquet was a godsend for our little budgie and we were so thankful to find a bird vet with great hours and close to home. They have a very caring and thorough staff and a neat policy of reading the vets notes (yep they record everything they said for you!) back to you before payment to ensure that you understood and everything is covered. Very impressed and this is definitely my budgies new vet. Thanks Park Vet for helping to make a horrible situation a bit better and saving a life XO

If I could give no stars I would. I called today as my bearded dragon is having a medical emergency. They are the only vet in the edmonton and surrounding area who has an exotic veterinarian on as I called every emergency and regular vet. Park vet refused to take my bearded dragon saying they have other appointments. I asked for an emergency appointment and they refused. My bearded dragon is in critical condition. I'm now at an emergency clinic and they do not know how to treat her. There is a chance that I will loose my baby because the only place that is able to help her is refusing to. I am so heart broken.

This place saved my dogs life plus my cats life. They may be pets but there also family. For this i strongly trust them

the vet seem very experienced which i love. my only issue was how long the wait was after i was seen. and the complete mix up my ex wife and my files. but as along as my animals are well taken care of is all that matters to me so i will return.
