Emerald Hills Veterinary Clinic

Dr. Smith and all the ladies at the office are so amazing. We took our 2 year old, anxious pup in there tonight and she was treated like a Queen. Immediately upon arrival she was greeted and given treats to help her warm up. Dr. Smith listened to all our concerns and addressed each and every one. She let our dog warm up to her and was very gentle. Dana and the other ladies did an amazing job of explaining medications to us as well. Friendliest office in Sherwood Park. Highly recommend!

After seeing all the great reviews, we decided to give Emerald Hills Vet a call for a very desperate, last minute appointment for our kitty cat, Loki. Everyone was so accommodating and we were able to get Loki in later that afternoon. As soon as you walk in, you can tell you're going to have a great experience. The clinic is very clean and you're immediately greeted with a smile and caring personality. Loki was booked in to see Dr. Mah. You can tell that Dr. Mah GENUINELY cares about your pet and the issues they're having. She listens to what you have to say and gives you so much information, it's wonderful! She is so caring, compassionate and empathetic, we were lucky to have met her. Best experience ever :) (even for Loki)
