I was quickly and efficiently helped with renewing my vehicle registration. I was in and out of their office within about 10 minutes!

I’m surprised they have two stars. By far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve been there four times and Every-time they are not helpful. As a Black American I do not feel welcomed from the dirty looks to the people being extremely short with me. I watched them be rude to a 70 yr old lady who lives in a convalescent hospital. Instead of helping her the same lady who was rude to me turned her away. My blood was boiling i love elderly people.

FYI: Americans are Americans, we aren't "black" or "white" or "purple" Americans, if you think this way then YOU are the one in the wrong... This office is too small for the amount of customers they need to help. It MUST be enlarged or an additional office added nearby!

I called to see if our property tax bill can be forwarded as we are leaving town for an extended period of time. She replied, “I don’t know”! Then dead silence. I then asked if she would direct me to someone who did know and she replied “well, the statements were mailed out this week so you should get it”. This isn’t a very good picture of good customer service that we have a right to expect!

It is hard for Seniors jump in their cars and run down to the Court House. However, that is what is required as they do not answer their phone! They say they they have a high volume of calls and to try again later! All day you can try and you will just receive the same message! Taxes are desperately important to people, so what is wrong with assessing the way that the whole department is set up and even hiring a few more "polite" people to work there.

County treasurer should have flexibility to waive penalty and interest for first time delinquency, especially if short duration. I understand tax revenue is important, but a little flexibility in this matter is reasonable and exercised in nearly every other financial transaction. Assitant was courteous, but policies rigid.

Just awful. Plan on being here at least 3 hours. This place is too small for the amount of people needing services. Truly unbelievable to say the least.

Terrible service. Never answer their phones.

Kind of slow but they have a placeholder tracking app that you can use.
