This is now our favorite place to stay! You never would have known they were a full house when we were there everything was smooth and just there. It was hot out and there was iced lemon water available in the lobby. First thing in the morning there was always clean cups and hot coffee. The staff are so courteous and efficient.nnThe pool was great, the kids loved it! The rooms were clean and if you needed anything they were right there with it. Prices were more than reasonable. The AC worked very well, as it was hot out when we were there.nnI have to admit pulling up I thought we'd never get a good night's sleep because it's right on the main road but you just don't hear the traffic at all which was fantastic.nnWalking distance to shops, dining, and the Sunday market was awesome. We will totally be back!
Our truck had some warning lights go off while we were on our way home to Winnipeg. This was our only option to stay the night and our room was on the third floor. It spacious, cozy, great price, and the AC was excellent. Check in and check out were smooth, would stay again! Thank you to the gentleman that helped us out Monday night!
Great hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, nobody seemed to feel rushed, even though the hotel was at capacity.nnThe room was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The AC worked very well, which we were very appreciative for. The pool was clear and well maintained. This was an excellent place to stay in Fernie, and a great value. We will definitely be staying again!
Got a great room at Park Place Lodge last minute car problems and we were very satisfied with everything about our stay! Fast check in and check out, clean, King bed and AC. Thank you to the guy working front desk for getting us in this past Monday night. Will stay again when we pass through Fernie in the future!
Nice rooms, friendly staff. I'd give it a 5 but they didn't have breakfast as advertised instead offered a la cart menu. 20.95 for 2 pancakes and eggs...yeah no.
