I tried to use the discount coupon they provided and, as usual, with those old machines at the checkout, it did not work. So I stopped in to the office next door to get a refund on the difference and the staff told me to deal with a Mr. Ngala. I had to contact him several times and review the issue each time for him to finally agree. I never saw the refund and can't keep chasing this garbage company. If someone starts a class action against this company, count me in!
Nothing about this is valet. Sure they file your car away for you, but you park it out front, use a machine to check in, no one greets you or takes the key so you leave the key in the car in a moderately secure parking lot and hope no one else breaks into your car. Also you are no where near the airport, and have to get on a packed bus. Save the money and park in a value lot. The airports official parking is cheaper and easier to access
Believing valet would be a better option for a park and fly was false. Service was slow and there was no such valet occurring. Is a glorified park-and-ride that is difficult to access and felt unsure about leaving my vehicle at this location. Staff were overworked and stressed. Location was severely understaffed and both drop off and pick up took much longer than anticipated.
Horrible service i left the 16 of April and returned the 23 but they charged me for a week and extra day when a day has 24 hrs and U checked in at 3am not 1;59am. Spoke to customer service and she was so rude her response was ignoring my concerns and asking if i was done. My car shakes and steering wheel shakes when I drive and will be taking it the bmw for inspection. If you don’t want your car damaged don't go Valet! Then I asked for her name, agent number or manager name and refused to give it to me. YOU CANT HAVE AGENTS WHO REFUSE TO GIVE YOU THEIR NAME OR AGENT NUMBER SO YOU CAN FILE A COMPLAINT! UNPROFESSIONAL AND RIDICULOUS! Train your AGENTS PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are entitled to file a complaint on a individual we received bad service from!
I just heard my personal information has been leaked to a third party/hacker, and the company knew since August 1st. It took them almost a month to communicate, this is unacceptable.
