We were able to park for a couple of weeks while on vacation and had no issues at all. There is a shuttle that comes regularly every 15 minutes, I believe and it is just a short commute to the airport. Cost was $160 per week. No complaints. Came back from our 7 day vacation and we got record snowfalls while we were gone. We were so worried coming back about shovelling our car out, but when we arrived there was not a single piece of ice or any layer of snow on my car! It was amazing and a very pleasant surprise! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because our flight was delayed 24 hours so by the time we got back we paid an additional $30 for 24 hours which is fine, but then another $30 for the last hour that it took for us to get out of the plane, our luggage and be shuttled to our car.
No information about bus pickup point when returning from your trip. No system for knowing where to get off the bus once back in your lot, even though we recorded our location when first arriving. Minimal help from driver.
If you want to overpay for freezing your butt off while waiting for the passive aggressive driver to pick you up, and taking the risk of getting your car stolen, then this place is perfect for you.
There is no signage as to where to pickup the bus. There were 40 of us waiting in the wrong spot and the bag handlers have no idea either. You have to wait at a blue sign 1. With a tiny p9 on it. Your branding is orange…. Put up orange signs. Make it more obvious please. You have 40 frustrated passengers. Do better.
