Pros:n- Parking was convenient.n- Shuttle was quick.n- Interesting discount if you have CAA membership.n- One driver was helpful and helped carrying our luggage - he earned himself some tip and was grateful for it.nnCons:n- BEWARE: Parking attendant try to con us by telling us we had to use the valet service because the lot was full. Close to the entrance the parking was indeed full, but overall the lot was less than 70% full. I just drove around and easily found a spot. Really disappointing tactic by the employee to probably try to get some tip. Plus I was not comfortable leaving them my keys or access to personal information in my vehicle while I was away on vacation, to such questionable employee. That same employee also did not systematically tell people entering the lot the same thing?!?nnOther:n- Not all driver are courteous or will help with luggage. Don’t expect it.
We usually love this lot but yesterday with the traffic it took way too long to get shuttle we have up waiting and walked over. It is actually pretty walkable! We got there in less than 15 minutes which was great. Otherwise this is our go to lot due to typical ease, price, location, security.
Parking at airport is hassle-free and easy to park. Spots will be updated online. So, no need of worrying about the availability. Free shuttle service runs from the parking area to the airport terminal. Worth parking here. Cost is little expensive but tension free parking, so worth of spending the amount.
The service is not bad. A bit of a hassle though boarding with the luggage especially when the shuttle drops off at a far off location while one has parked at least 1/2 km away and then has to pull the luggage through over snow banks and slush. The shuttle should at least drop off at all the shuttle stops and at the same time pick up the passengers. Especially for the $30 flat rate, this is the least it can do.
Booked online two weeks prior to my trip. GPS took me to the gate, scanned inwith QR code. Shuttle was there at 4am took us to the terminal within 5 minutes. Very good service.
