$190 for one week of parking, regular price. . Need to reserve in advance especially during peak season.nShuttle is hard to catch h especially on the return trip. My advice would be taking m’employer airport shuttle to the front gate to save yourself the huddle to catching their shuttle…… you will save yourself much for sweats and time.
Good location. Wonderful service. The shuttle is always available to take you to the airport or back to the parking.
Not quite the smoothest parking experience. When we arrived, the machine didn't recognize the QR code on the reservation. The attendant asked me to tap the credit card instead. This is not ideal as we later found out.nnShuttle driver was nice and the back and forth to the gate was fine.nnWhen we got back, we didn't know we had to call in advance and since we tapped our card coming in, we had not received a valet ticket. It took a bit for them to locate the keys and such but the employees were helpful.nnWhen we tried to get out, it read our QR code but wasn't opening the gate as it had not registered us coming in. The attendant wanted us to swipe our card but it was asking for a 120$ payment, which we had already paid when booking. It took a bit but the attendant forced the gate open.nnAll in all factor in an extra 20 minutes for the process.
Five stars for the staff and service. Staff was extremely responsive to my questions and very helpful on site. We were lucky enough to have immediate shuttle service in both directions, with very friendly drivers. As others have mentioned, the entry machine has problems. It could not read my printed QR code. I would not have been able to enter with my prepaid ticket if the lot had been unattended. Luckily the entry/exit kiosk is staffed, and as previously mentioned, the employees were all exceptional. Even when we returned at 1am, shuttle and exit experience was prompt and friendly. We did not have to call for a shuttle on arrival. It was at door 8 of departures, as the drop-off driver told us it would be several times, to try to ensure everyone would get the message -- though only in French. The phone number for Aeroparc is displayed on a screen by that terminal exit as well, but we didn't need to use it.
Parked there for march break 2018. Long wait getting in due to technical issues at the gate - shuttle service was fine - staff was nice enough - called upon arrival and had car pulled up and warming - got stuck at the gate trying to get out - apparently being about 20 minutes later than expected meant the gate wouldn't open unless we payed another $20. Would not recommend or use again.
