A beautiful setting for a perfect vacation at Wallowa Lake! Located on the Upper Wallowa River and a short distance from Wallowa Lake, the tramway, mini-golf, stables, and restaurants. Our deluxe RV park offers 49 full-hookup sites, no-hookup riverside sites, a 3-bedroom cabin, and conference center. Cable TV and free Wi-Fi are included. Coin-operated laundry and showers as well as boat parking are also on site.

We stay at PARK AT THE RIVER for the summer. We adore everyone who works here; the new owners, Chris and Calina and staff Norma and Terry. The atmosphere is very relaxing but close enough to activities that allow lots of adventures for all ages. The only complaints I ever hear are from people who break rules because they've not read them; they're very clear so should not be a surprise. I would give them a 10 if it was an option!

This place is great for family camping. Lots to do within walking distance. Very quiet campground that felt safe enough we could let the kids ride their bikes around the park without our immediate supervision.

Lovely River. Can be loud neighbors, close quarters. Easy walks to river, lake, trailheads. No cell service for us, a good thing. Wifi good. No recycling. Showers use quarters.

Beautiful grounds right on the river. Steps away from the tram, mini golf, shops, etc. A short walk to the lake and hiking. Very dog friendly. Norma, the manager, is an absolute doll! We'll be back!

no refund offered- I mistakenly selected the wrong date to camp at this site. Contacted the office and learned I had no parking spot because the date had already passed. They didn't budge on providing a refund for an innocent mistake.
