Regional Park Forest Ouareau

Very cool it's like the city but green and tall weird thing come out of the ground like pole but with weird end it's like so weird how like pole are man ideas but they come from like those place called fosest, anyway really cool and relaxing but i was'nt able to get a uber or no starbuck anywhere? I tried to do a salad like at home with the thing on the branches of the poles but it was'nt all that good

The park is beautiful and it feels untouched. It is not that busy, even on the weekends. Yet to reach anywhere you have to go over a gravel road, so be ready for an interesting ride in the woods, that being said if you have a city car, you might want to reconsider, as the road are quite rough. The best part to visit in this park is the suspending bridge, and the hike close to the river next to it. Note to that arrive here you will need to come from the northern entrance, Google maps will send you to the west entrance of the park. The park is not free you have to pay to go in, and bring water as there is no water fountains.

The shelter Les Capucines is a great place for winter camping. Clean. Letting super close. The wood stove keeps the shelter warm.

Love Forêt Ouareau, the lady at the front desk is exceptionally nice, the paths are clearly marked and the buildings are very well maintained.

The rustic campsites at the Grande-Jetée are gorgeous (one even has its own private beach), but the toilets are very far away and don't have toilet paper! The drive-in campsites look quite dismal and not worth the price. Dogs are allowed, though, unlike at Sépaq parks.
