 The grounds are really nice, hills and trees. The play structures are starting to show their age.

I have played in this park since I was a boy. My house isn't far away. And I've been living there since 1967. I knew the park's name sake. The park has grown up over the years. And seems to be alive all summer long. Softball is played to family fans as children play on the swings and toys on the other side of the park.
