Parc Monseigneur J-A Richard

Strolling, walking, jogging, or biking, no matter how you like to carry it out here, you are enjoying the unique beauty of St Lawrence River with a view on Nun's Island. The journey could be very enjoyable and long. This park connects to various other parks along the river in the West direction, from Verdun to LaSalle, Lachine and extends to Dorval. Also, it is a great place for others who is seeking a place for children to play, or to relax in the scenery sitting, reading or meeting friends, whatever ways suit you best.

JA Richard Park is one of several parks in Verdun that border the St Lawrence river. You have 2 parallel trails to choose from. The one that is closest to the river - you can get your feet wet if that's what you're looking for - is preferred by those who want to stay away from the much larger crowd that uses the main trail. The main trail is wider and easier of access, especially for people who are here to bike.

Great green place to picnic. Tables all around. Splash and children's park nearby. Lots of trees. Great view of the river. Cremerie also near.

A great park along the river, beautiful in summer time, and groomed cross-country ski trails in the winter time that extend from Parc Arthur-Therrien in the north down to the Marina And more trails if you continue South into Lasalle.

I like it and so do the kids! Water games, big climbing spiderweb, 2 different playing areas, a little ice cream shop nearby, and a great walk by the water a few steps away.

Lots of space and a nice playground, parking lot, picnic tables and right next to river.

Love to come here walk along the waters, especially when the weather is good!

Nice path along the river. Plenty of space and the scenery is soothing

There is a bike path along the water with rest spots to sit and take in nature. We were here to find a geocache and we got to see a garter snake! Fun.
