Nice park near Verdun Beach. Good place for sports - tennis courts, skate park, public pool, baseball diamond, and a hill for tobogganing in the winter. You also get a great view of the Montréal skyline. Easy access from the main bike trail.
Great courts frequently available Baseball field, basket court, American football field. Skateboard. You can do a lot in this park. Bycicle routes, a great pool, a river beach and parking places. Great for kids and families. I come here all year long, except in the winter of course

Baseball field, skateboarding rink, basketball court, kids' playground, cycling path, right next to the Verdun beach and Wellington Street, beautiful views of the city and the river - this is one of my favorite parks in the city.
It's a big park with many open spaces that are excellent for outdoor workouts or just plain lounging around in summer. There's also a nice, newly fixed up skateboard park here too!
Nice place to relax. There is also playground, lawn, basket ball court, picnic tables, a parking close by.
This park is good for exercises practice, because it has a lot options baseball court, tennis court and running/cycling tracks, public pool. At this time May/2019, there are a lot of construction going, which makes the experience there less enjoyable but constructions are temporary
Lots of open spaces, beaches, baseball grounds, tennis courts, cycle tracks, running tracks etc. Ideal for athletes and outings
Great skate park. Always nice in the summertime
Fantastic place with beautiful beach and biking lines!
