Enjoy the theatre and do my best to support the business, however my last experience ...

The speakers are blown out and loudly rattle every time bass is utilized, along with a few other speakers in the back left shaking like it was their swan song finale.
Projector screen is covered in distracting speckles of dirt or grime, all along the center and edges. It makes it look like every character has freckles.
Projecter is absolute garbage as images blur during slight movement. This isn't intended "motion blur" but more of a janky ghosting effect which makes the focus on characters and action just a smeared mess and an eye sore.
Just stay home.

Who needs the hollow feeling of a cold mega theatre. Not to mention the overpriced arcade experience that leaves a shrill feeling. Thankfully the Paramount Theatre in Hanover is NOT such a theatre. Old time charm with state of the art technology make this theatre the best movie night experience. This local theatre is the best -place to view films in how they were meant to be seen. Also a great place for your next date night. Elwy Yost and Robert Osborne would highly approve.

There is something charming about any small town cinema. Speaks of a time when the lights of the signs, with names like The Paramount, were likely the brightest spots on a Friday night. Great little theatre where you can still see a movie with other cinephiles for less than $20 with snacks.

This is one of he last family run theatres in Ontario. They also run one of the last drive in theatres in Ontario. Big City theatres may have larger screens but this theatre is still much better.
