Galaxy Cinemas Owen Sound

Every time I've gone to this theatre, there is a problem, slow service, really quiet sound, and difficulty ordering food. After numerous emails to Cineplex, I've given up and just expect a poor experience here if I want to see a movie. If you can see a film elsewhere, pick that place over this one.

Love our movie theater but its just hard to go very often considering the price of food and admission. Our favorite part is setting the one employee Gary. Nicest guy around

Great place for a date night or to catch a quick flick. Over the past year or so it's become a bit run down and cheap night isnt so cheap anymore. Wishing there were more updates and better use of lobby space. Other galaxy cinemas in the area are a fun place to go and this one just seems like an in and out quick movie. Would love to see more games and better movies, the popular ones never seem to come to Owen Sound. Otherwise friendly and helpful staff!

Overall pretty good. Staff were friendly and reasonable. Would probably recommend going to the smaller theater in Port Elgin if your movie is showing there.
