One of the best Lebanese food I have tried. Their freshly baked bread was just awesome. The food was delicious and so were their drinks. Must try PARAMOUNT SPECIAL in drinks session. The Desert was fresh and amazing. The only reason why I am giving 4 stars is that we came to enjoy the food and they were looking to get us out of the restaurant as quickly as possible. I can understand that the restaurant closes at 9 PM we were also looking to get out by 9 PM but one should not look to get their customers to finish their food quickly so that they can close their restaurant. In every restaurant that I have been to, they patiently wait for their customer to finish the food, the only thing they would do is inform the customer that the kitchen is about to close. Also, there was a chef/Owner of a restaurant along with me and he said, if this was in his restaurant he would have had many calls by morning. The second reason is that the manager nor the person who was waiting at our table did not have any idea about the desert. When I asked the difference, he could not explain. Even when we asked the manager he could not explain. However keeping all this aside, I would still go and again and would recommend others to go as the food is just amazing. Maybe our timing was bad. Hopefully, we will have a better time in the future. Kid-friendliness: They have a play area for kids with slides. Parking: A lot of parking area and I doubt you will ever have to wait to get a spot.
Freshly baked bread. Who does that any more? The food taste and the aroma in this place takes you to like a trip to the Middle East. The food is tasty and plenty. The place is clean and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend visiting them.
I have been coming here for the last 4 years, quality and service keeps improving every time. This place is a go to when it comes to mediterranain food. The staff are always cheerful, hard working and super friendly. Food quality and quantity are amazing. I tried multiple mediterranian restaurants with same concept but this one is the best by far. The food is always fresh, the salad is crunchy and feel like just preped for you. The hot puffed up bread is to die for. The BBQ platter is a must try here. The meat is so tender and sizzling. The famous hummus is on a different level. The whole atmosphere is inviting. Highly recommend.
Constantly great quality, Great service, Huge portions. Can’t ask for anything better. 10/10 they ever give you all you can eat bread. Love coming here one of Edmonton’s best restaurants Kid-friendliness: Always smiles and super fast service Parking: Parking was great
One of the best Mediterranean restaurants in Edmonton. Food is fabulous. Freshly baked complementary bread with humus is a treat. Restaurant staff is very courteous & friendly. Food taste, portion & price are very reasonable.
So I finally was able to try this place after being recommended so many times by my barber Alex, first thing to talk about is the restaurant, the restaurant is so beautiful and I love the entrance fountain is very unique and fancy, I was there around 8 so it wasn't so busy, I first ordered the three type of hummus and the cauliflower bite things, they were ok not so amazing and I found it to be way to flavourful and couldn't really taste the other stuff, then I ordered the beef platter which was ok, I find it to have waaaay to much rice and barely any meat and some of the meat was very over cooked. The service was probably the most downside of things, the service was really bad it took forever to order our food and we never got our drinks topped off or asked if we needed anything else to drink. Over all it was an ok expirence, for the drive is not worth it just yet.
We chose this restaurant because of its good reviews. It was wonderful place with tasty food in large portions. We ordered mixed grilled plate and mixed kebab plates, both very tasty. Bread was just baked, so fresh. The waitress was so smiley and nice, in overall It recommend it to everyone.
From Saskatoon and the 4th time to me visit this restaurant here in Edmonton city, the food still as is, same quality and same taste . Manaqeesh zattar and Akawi cheese and the lamps chops my favorite dishes
The Interior is nice, but I came here for the food.. and unfortunately it was not a memorable experience - I don't think I'll return. Also the dishes do not come out timely. My partner Got her meal and I was without one for 15min still. The meshawi do not taste authentic at all and the chicken is hard and over cooked... it looks like it's been made on a flat top and not over coals. On the other hand, the batata haraa is pretty good. 4/10 food // 7/10 decor // 5/10 service
It's been awhile since I've visited and wanted to give a quick update. Party of three ordered the hummus and pita bread, kafta wrap, beef shawarma and pepperoni and veggie mushrooha. The pita bread with hummus is a must order. The pita bread is divine and oh so fresh. The kafta wrap was delightfully seasoned and although I'm not a fan of parsley I'm not complaining! Disappointed they didn't have their red pickles. Hope they bring it back. The pepperoni and veggie mushrooha had beef pepperoni, olives, green peppers and cheese. It tasted good with leftovers for lunch the next day. Dietary restrictions: No pork served here, even the pepperoni is beef.
