Great Food! Everything was packed with such care. The salad was packed separately and not with the meal this alone gets bonus points & it tasted great as well. I especially liked the pita chips that were neither oily nor soggy, they were just crunchy and yummy! They even added a little chicken spiral on the salad, such a nice addition. The fish & chips were good but the chicken kabob, rice, pita, hummus and garlic sauce were really really good. Will definitely order again, but I’d like to even go to their actually location as well. I came from Calgary to visit this place. We had a breakfast for 6 people. It was one of the best experiences I could have at a Lebanese restaurant. The food is super delicious. People here are generous and kind. Simply this is the best breakfast you may have in Canada. I am excited to try their lunch next time. Keep it up.

Falafel is one of my favorite dishes. I love the combination of falafel, hummus, tubbuli, fattush salad and all that pickled veg. Not forgetting the zattar and fresh baked pita bread. Yesterday, after the inspection in Symphonie Tower, I invited my vegan client to lunch. We went to "Roots of Beirut", a Lebanese restaurant in Northside. This was a recommendation from the builder's rep who happened to be a Lebanese. If you like Lebanese food this is a place you should try. The food was fantastic and very reasonable. Everything is made from scratch. #Edmonton #yegfood

Wow just tried this place and it's THE BEST Mediterranean food! The servings are heaping! Had the chicken shwarma platter and beef kabob platter, and ordered the rotisserie chicken to go. Nice clean restaurant with friendly staff. Place was busy too. I highly recommend trying and supporting local business.

One of amazing eastern food restaurant in Edmonton City, Everything in our breakfast was perfect and delicious. The staff are so friendly, and for sure I will be there every time I visit Edmonton.

This is the 3rd time I have ordered from Root of Beirut in the last month. I noticed that the service and portion are getting worse every time. The taste is still good though hence the 3 stars. I hope the owner would keep the service level as it was before so they won't lose customers. Photo is from last order.

Amazing food here, as you can tell by the picture there is no room spared on the plate ! And for the price you can’t go wrong Impressive selection of authentic goods here as well to make home dishes. Definitely should try!

I've been driving past for a long time and I finally did what I should've done long ago. I love the music & images on the walls, it sets the stage for visiting Lebanon. Order a potato pita pie for an appy & it was very tasty, perfectly baked, and the side of pickles & olives gives a lovely balance to the pita. Also ordered chicken shawarma wrap & a falafel wrap and both were incredible. Excellent balance of main ingredient & veggies. The seasoning on the chicken was worth it alone. And the wrap was the right amount of light & crispy. I cannot wait to visit again. Don't be like me and keep driving by, stop in, get full. The people working were wonderful too. Cheers!

Great food, great experience, except when the music blasted so loud for a little girls birthday that we couldn't even hear each other on the same table 3 feet apart.

The food is perfection. Not only is the quality amazing but it is budget friendly. Going here is a must! Service is awesome!
