What is a STONE-BAKED Pita? We take a fresh pita - not one that has been previously baked - and add your favorite fresh toppings. Then we bake them all together in our STONE oven. Your Pita is BAKED FRESH EVERY TIME right in front of your eyes. In addition to STONE-BAKED Pitas, we also make a variety of fresh, healthy and delicious foods including Mini Pita Pies or Fatayer (Beef, Chicken, Cheese, Spinach, Spinach & Feta and other varieties), Chicken & Beef Shawarma (Wraps & Platters), Dips (Hummous, Baba Ghanouj, Labneh/Fresh Cream Cheese), Salads (Tabouli, Fatouche), Grape Leaf Rolls, Kebbeh and many other items made only with the freshest ingredients. Eat in or take-home for a delicious meal.

This place is by far one of my favourite stone big flat bread joints in the city of Edmonton. They’ve got the classic Middle Eastern flat breads in addition to these fusion flatbreads such as tandoori flatbread or Philly steak and others. This place is highly recommended by yours truly so you should give it a try.
My first time to Pita Bake... I was helped as soon as I entered and was met with kind and friendly staff who filled my order. Thanks for the great service and awesome pita bread.
They make great chicken stone baked, the chicken was a little dry one time they remade the whole order right after i mentioned it.
Lots of options, cooked to pefection, great service, excellent value for your money. We got stone baked pitas and some of the fatayer for lunches. So delicious.
Great Price for what you get but I feel like its hit and miss with how good the food is. Some days it's amazing but other days its out of this world. The only downside is the wait gos way up when there busy which happens a lot.
A very disappointed food today. We got beef kabaab platters, the hummus was really old and tasted weird, garlic sauce was so old that a layer of yellowish color was formed on top. Not to mention the portions are getting very small. Kabaab was also not tasty anymore. Until there's no improvement, not coming here anymore.
