We had an incredibly easy and well-informed experience.  Greg helped us understand what we truly needed out of a tub.  He guided us in the direction that suited us.  We always trusted his recommendations and the follow-up afterwards was greatly appreciated.  The set-up went very smoothly (they delivered in a snow storm!).  I would highly recommend the team at Boldt to anyone wishing a quality experience, excellent service and competitive price.  Thanks for all your help, we're loving it!

Jay and his team were amazing! Access to this site was not straightforward by any means. The hot tub was delivered exactly when they promised it would be with a courteous phone call to say they were on their way. The delivery team was efficient, careful and friendly. Thanks for wonderful service!

Bought a floor model almost a year ago and have been very happy with it. Our salesman Bill Hendle was knowledgeable and helpful as were the other staff. We arranged cement pad and installation and had our hot tub & New pergola going in no time. Everyone came when they said they would and got the job done.

We recently had a pool installed by Boldt Pools and I can safely say it was an excellent choice.  From the quality of the work to the help and advice at their showroom, we were very impressed with the level of knowledge and professionalism they displayed.  Both Jordan and Adam were readily available to help answer any questions we might have regarding equipment, schedule or maintenance.  The install group was awesome, efficient and courteous.  We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend Boldt Pools to friends and family.

We were skeptical with an August install whether we would be able to enjoy the pool this year.  The dig started August 9th and by Labour Day we were able to swim (thankfully we went for the heated pool option).

All in all a great experience.  We said we wanted to do it once and do it right and that's exactly what we did.

My experience with Boldt was really fantastic. They did a great job on the renovation of our 20 year old pool, and when I was having trouble getting the newly installed pump to run, Brice came over at the end of his work day to make sure that it was functioning the way it should. I would also like to say that the staff at Boldt are always very pleasant and personable. We will be going to them for pool services for many years to come.
