Trust me when I say that this hotel is the worst I’ve stayed in. Does not deserve even half a star. The rooms, area and restaurant/bar are not how they look on their photos. The hotel is very noisy and you can constantly hear everything what’s going on around the hotel doors slamming and staff talking. The hotel rooms are poor and hugely outdated. The “garden view” rooms are looking out onto a huge bush and the WiFi does not work in the rooms at all and has very poor connection at the front desk. The hotel is situated in the middle of a very steep bank and a walk to the beach is hard work. One of the pools is a “natural pool” from the mountains. It is thick with muck and dirt. Cleaners are not daily and don’t do a great job at all. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Highly recommend anyone looking to stay here to reconsider.
Had a week here last July, the staff were outstanding as were the views and food. Well worth a visit for a very relaxing week. Only downside is you need a vehicle to go anywhere because of steep hills, but who needs to leave this little piece of paradise not me booked again for a sneaky week this June
This place is truely magical and beautiful. I've traveled many resorts and hotels in Europe and middle East and I must say this place is truely worth checking into. It's equivalent to Tuscany scenic view and feel. Full of lush Mediterranean gardens and plants!! The stone work is truly authentic and the staff are extremely friendly. The hotel also had its share of peacocks, and friendly cats that roam the gardens looking for friends. I highly recommend Paradise Garden....
We stayed here for 5 days and nothing was too much trouble for ömer and the other staff. They were amazing. It has the best view of Oludeniz from the restaurant area and two stunning pools with plenty of sunbeds to relax. Rooms are cosy and clean. WiFi isn’t very strong and housekeeping staff kept forgetting to replace our toilet rolls but apart from that the stay was perfect.there is a shuttle bus to the beach for free and the dolmas shuttle for 3 tl will take you up to the center or down to the beach where there is plenty of restaurants and shops. The hill is steep but it is a pleasant walk with beautiful scenery, animals and flowers. This hotel is very affordable for its location and the facilities. It is a bit undeveloped in certain areas as the land it sits on is very large but it has plenty of potential!!! Definitely will be back and would highly recommend for any couple or family to stay at.
The positive reviews are probably from short staying guests who’ve had no experience with the senior staff during their stay or were given one of the better rooms which are limited. We stayed for 3 weeks in one of the standard rooms 2 adults and feel both qualified and responsible to give an accurate in-depth review. -Senior staff are rude and arrogant. They lack proper communication and customer service, they’re too caught up being egotistical and patronising instead of respecting and appreciating their guests, so they truly don't deserve your business. Some of their responses to negative reviews are indicative of this if you want to see for yourself. After seeing their poor customer service, we gave up on raising any of the following issues we had, and we observed other guests being treated the same. Either take your business elsewhere where it’ll most likely be more appreciated and respected than here or try to avoid the senior staff during your stay here. -The doors throughout the hotel are wooden and hollow without any slowing mechanism attached, so 1. they slam a lot e.g. due to wind and 2. they make a lot of noise simply by closing but especially when slamming. Woke us up from sleep on multiple occasions. -The shower water constantly fluctuates in temperature. -Their "laundry service" and equipment are substandard. They ruined our white clothes which are now gray as they obviously we're not washed separately. They “fixed” this by a 2nd round of washing for free. But... -They have no "ironing service" so the whole laundry had to be taken to a laundrette anyway. They also have no dryers, so some bedding and towels were damp… -This explains the smell of mold coming from the bedding and towels. On the subject of smells, I had to block a drainage pipe on the ground of the bathroom using scrunched up plastic bags to stop the smell of sewage too but there were still some coming from the bath tub drainage pipe. -"Satellite TV" was appalling. We didn't count on a good selection of channels anyway there were 4, RTL, Cartoon Network, Kanal D and Star TV but we did count on a TV with HDMI input at the very least, but the TV was an old CRT with no HDMI inputs. -“Free WiFi” was appalling. 1. The router was close to some rooms and far from others causing poor reception for those us. 2. The internet speed frequently slowed down to a halt regardless of WiFi reception. If you rely on using your mobile data as a WiFi hotspot, we only got mobile reception by placing the mobile phone on the balcony. -The hotel is located in a forest on a mountain which gives nice views, but you will definitely need use of a vehicle to and from the hotel as walking up to the hotel can be more accurately described as “climbing” instead. If you want to use their “service” you have to schedule your days to fit the narrow time that they operate in 10:00-11:00 to Ölüdeniz, 16:30-17:00 from Ölüdeniz back to hotel. -We encountered a wild pig at the bottom gate entrance, and a snake at the top reception entrance of the hotel. They both seemed to avoid humans so we didn’t feel in danger. We also lived with a large spider in our room for the first week of our stay, after which I trapped it in a cup and threw it outside the balcony. -The “balcony” is a Juliet balcony; not one you can sit outside on.
Stayed here for 4 days. View is amazing plus the food and staff were fantastic. Only downside is its impossible to get to town without a car. But with this view who needs to go into town? =
Amazing location but awful service, we had booking through agoda but when we reached to the hotel they informed us that hotel is full, we kept trying to arrange it with agoda bit unfortunately the owner couldn’t communicate with agent and we are here staying two hours. We decided to wait at hotel restaurant which has an amazing view but it took 50 mins at the time im writing the review to get my order m and they told me it’s taking time to get it fresh. Finally, thank you guys for making our day awful.
This place lives up to its name. The pools in particular are beautiful. Friendly, peaceful and comfortable with the most spectacular view.
Personel is very warm hearted intelligent and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and has a nice view.
