Used to enjoy the food here but the bad experiences have far outweighed the good at this point. Ordered pasta and received noodles is more water than sauce coated in a solidified glob of cheese that was near impossible to cut through. Somehow even the fried cheesecake managed to be watery as well. I’ve wasted too much money on bad meals from here to continue ordering in hopes of getting a rare good one

Honestly even one star is too much credit for this establishment. I ordered for delivery and when I recieved my food it was a mess, the cheese cup had been busted open and was all over everything, the chicken was burnt, the driver was rude. Although they replaced some of the order it took over an hour for that and then the driver just left it on my door step outside didn't even knock to let me know it was there. Never again!

Used to enjoy this restaurant, but out of the last 4 times I've ordered, twice it was messed up. Website is a joke, I ordered from Richmond, it was sent to McHenry. Unfortunately, this restaurant has lost my business. Enough is enough. Unfortunate since I liked the pizza.

Just ordered a pizza with a side of cauliflower. The cauliflower was so freaking spicy. Never had it like that from there before it was horrible

Never had any complaints with the pizza we order from here. Typically our family does pizza Friday's. And have ordered and had food delivered to my home dozens of times. Just ordered from here last week 5/28/21. But for some reason now they won't deliver to my house. It is a 11 min drive and I always give the driver a good tip. Due to thinking a 11 min drive is kind of long, but really it isn't. Will never order from here again. Nice job at running a horrible business. And from some of the other reviews seems like the reputation and how this place is run is going downhill fast.

5 star food, the service was 1 star. There was 1 table besides us in the store and apparently it was too much of an inconvenience to provide service. All of our food, appetizer included, came at the same time. Following up/checking on us happened once. Waited 14 minutes after eating until I got up to get boxes and the check... that's when I realized that chatting with a friend while playing on her phone was her priority and reason for the bad service.

Consistently good food and have never had an issue with service or deliveries. Great wraps and sandwiches too

Ordered a chicken garden salad and had 4 small chunks of chicken and was all lettuce mainly....if I wanted a head of lettuce I would have just bought a head at the store for 98c..also ordered a chicken bacon wrap and was again mainly lettuce filling barley any chicken and the bacon was bits at best. .kinda sad when McDonald's next door has a better culinary experience then you do. Will never eat here again for the price you pay the food you get sure don't match up
