PaPa's Burgers

Real food, good food, happy courteous and friendly staff. Real customer service. Big meals, definitely won't go away still hungry! I will go back to try other menu items. I was very impressed that they brought the food out on a tray to where I was sitting, and collected the tray as soon as I was finished. And they speak my language!

This place has amazing food. Everything is so fresh and home made, cooked to perfection. Best burger ever! I had one for the first time last week with poutine fries. They nailed it!! I seriously can’t think of a place that does it better than here. So I just ordered halibut and poutine fries. I’m in heaven. Lightly battered to perfection with amazing tartar sauce. And a big batch of amazing poutine fries. I’m so happy I found this place. Definitely a gem.

A literal hole in the wall that is very good. So easy to miss driving past but don't skip it! The burgers are great and varied everything tastes homemade and fresh. Seating outside is limited! Be prepared to eat in car or take somewhere else.

Absolutely delicious and freshly made burgers, hot dogs and milkshakes! Amazing staff that are all welcoming and friendly. A wonderful experience and a must visit if you’re in Parksville. Our kids loved their strawberry milkshake!

Amazing!!! Saw on Google maps and based on photos looked like lil mom/pop shop. My fav. Friendly respectful staff. Super delicious old school burgers. Get what you pay for and leave full. Doesn’t get much better. Will be back for certain

My new favorite place in Parksville! We drive through every year and this place is on the list now. Very tasty food and friendly people running the show. It is takeaway so we ordered easy online, picked up on time and went to the beach!

Got the bacon cheese burger and cod fish burger. Fresh ingredients, tasty and juicy! Onions rings made from scratch and fresh, were a little on the salty side. Strawberry milkshake was a generous side and you can taste lotsa strawberries inside. They even came out to check on us in the car to make sure our food was all good. All in all, just great honest fresh food that makes burgers even better than a lot of restaurants!

I give it a 4 star as I have eaten many times here before and had a better hamburger. Fries were as good as always - hot and fresh, bun was good, and while the meat seemed fresh and hand pressed not the frozen round pucks you get at other places it seemed like it had been pre-cooked or had been sitting in a warming tray. A burger should be "dripping" with a bit of grease on the outside and juice from the inside of the meat patty - which I have had here before. This was was warm, fairly dry, and very dark - I know what a kept warm patty tastes and looks like from other hamburger places. My preference would be to wait for a freshly cooked patty to go with the fresh fries - that is what I am willing to wait and pay the higher price for.

Been here way too many times. Burgers have all been great, and the milkshakes are killer too. Love how they made a little drive through window. Normally takes about 10 mins to make my lunch order, so pretty quick really. And the team have always been quick and friendly. Pick any burger. It seems you can't go wrong.

You guys, I had this twice just to confirm my first impression. And yes. This is the best burger I have ever had. The quality of each ingredient is perfection and the burger patty itself has so much flavour. Definitely worth any drive to check it out!!
