This particular franchise never fails to disappoint,. The quality in the ingredients isn't the issue, it is the quality and consistency how the pizza is put together training issue. Not stretching the crust back out before building the pizza since they contract when refrigerated over time,, haphazardly throwing the ingredients on, not evenly spreading out the sauce etc.! This pizza, most of the ingredients were pilled in the middle, sauce was 2" from the edge of the crust that wasn't stretched back out!. this is an employee training issue, this pizza was put together by a high school girl, the other pizza that was "better", was put together by an older male! Charge customers after the pizza is built, not before, especially if you expect me to leave a tip for carry-out !! It sucks this place is so close, I wish I lived closer to the Blaine Papa Murphy's off of County 10 !
Used to be good now ingredients don't even cover crust now even with extra cheese. Have to scrape pieces off baking sheet with a metal spatula Giant air bubbles in crust blow up and eats giant chunks of the pizza. Sorry to see quality gone so far down hill. We ordered 2 pizzas today and I’m very disappointed that the online ordering system automatically puts a 15% tip on your order for nothing. On top of that from what we all remember the pizzas here use to have more toppings and sauce on them then a Jacks frozen pizza. They were so dry the cheese from the crust to the middle of the pizza was stuck to the crust in many areas of it because it had almost zero sauce.
Papa Murphy's has some good options, I like being able to order on line and then stop by and pick it up. This store has never let me down!
First time trying the heart baker pizza tonight and it was amazing!! Super easy to make and good price fo a quality pizza !! Love it love it love it
Papa Murphy's is my favorite pizza for sure. Delicious! And I always have great service at this location, particularly the last time I visited when a young man working took time to help an older gentlemen carry his pizza to the car in the snow.
We used to go there often but now it's run by kids with poor attitudes that don't want to work and treat customers poorly. The last time I got a pizza there I had to correct the person twice and he still did a poor job of building my pizza. I tried to get a pizza earlier this week and the kids had a real bad attitude so I left. Several of my neighbors have commented that they will not go there anymore because of the same problems. Avoid this place and maybe someone will get the idea to straighten the place up!
I haven't frequented this location in 6+ months due to unsatisfactory pizza/service. I thought I would give them another try, another disappointing visit !! I've been a Papa Murphy's customer for years many locations over the years. This location has become my least favorite. Maybe going on two years now this location has slipped in quality and presentation. The kids that work there just plop the ingredients on, don't spread them around evenly and forget ingredients! Tonight they ran out of one ingredient and forgot another!
Would give it zero stars if it was an option. Ordered pizza online and was given a 22 minute estimate for time. Over an hour later the pizza still wasn't made. An hour and a half later, they ended up missing a part of the order, but charged us for it. When we called back to discuss this the staff said "sorry it'll be another 45 minutes. We're busy there's nothing I can do about it." They refused to refund the amount paid for a pizza that was never received as well. Sorry was all they had to offer. Staff had many complaints about being low staffed when it was mentioned it sounds like there's a management problem the staff replied "no, it's a corporate issue. They are the ones who send out all the coupons and we can't staff for it." Seems like this place is very poorly run. Not our first negative experience with this place taking much longer than quoted and the accuracy of the order is never there. Coupled with horrible customer service we will not be returning!
I typically love this place but tonite I'm very disappointed. They are running their Cheeseburger pizza special, which is a family favorite here. I ordered on line, all my info is there, along with my phone number. I trudged out in a snow storm to go pick this up and look at it and it has NO pickles on it. That's what makes the pizza! I turn to them and tell them there are no pickles and they tell me they have been out of pickles all day. I don't have dill pickles at home either Why in the world wouldn't they have called me to tell me that. They had my phone number on the order. They said they would have pickles tomorrow. Well, that does me no good today! Needless to say I gave them their pizza back and got a different one. Had they called me, I would have cancelled and waited until tomorrow to get the cheeseburger pizza. Very disappointing!!
