My wife and I used to order from this location all the time when we lived in the area and it was great. However last night I accidentially ordered carryout online from this location instead of the one across town. I didnt realize the mistake until I arrived at the Forest Lake location, well after the order was likely complete and waiting on me in Andover. The mistake was mine and the food paid for, so I called them to let them know without any real expectation of refund since the fault was mine. However the person who answered the phone quickly said she'd void the transaction and it was processed right away. Exceeded expectations.
This place has to be the best pizza place ever created!! I never heard of Chanticleer pizza in the south metro but by far the best pizza I’ve ever had in my entire life!! It’s all made by scratch, very fresh, and when delivered seems like it just came out of the oven!! They make fresh dough everyday!! Nothing beats that!! Fresh dough has the best flavor, not frozen or processed which makes a whole lot of difference!! I recommend going to the Andover location at all times!! Do not waste time at any other location! Whoever owns this place must take this place very seriously considering I’ve ordered at other locations and not at all do I ever have as great of customer service and quality. My favorite pizza to order is the chicken alfredo w mushroom, thin crust, with 2 sides of jalapeño ranch dipping sauce. Most importantly their chanti sticks!! Their chanti sticks are soo bomb with a side of jalapeño ranch or garlic butter!! If you order their pasta order a side of garlic cheese toast w xtra garlic butter on the side!! The cheese toast makes it soo much better!! Great wings as well!! So exciting! Don’t hesitate when it comes to ordering your pizza and sides!!! When I’m ordering my food I always look for quality and freshness. I love Chanticlear because of their freshness
Ordered a pizza for delivery, we were told a 45 minute wait time. After 1hour and 10 minutes we called to check when it would be delivered. We were told the driver was just leaving. We asked, "will it be hot?" We were assured it would be but, when we received it, it was iced cold. This used to be our favorite place for pizza. I will be finding a new place. Maybe they might be a little cheaper.
Placed an order online for pickup. When I got home, opened my pizzas and other items. All wrong. What I ordered was NOT what I received. I would never have put these items on my pizzas. Called the store and spoke to a manager that said their site was having issues and they are working on it, said sorry, then hung up. Their prices aren't cheap, and half my food was inedible. Nice customer service. They knew about the issue, and opted NOT to let me know when I picked up my order. I would have waited to have it fixed. I would have brought it back to have it fixed. Lost my business, which is unfortunate because they were our go to pizza place.
I ordered a veggie pizza as always online it was delivered with another pizza that was ordered also. I opened the box and there was Canadian bacon on half of my veggie pizza I called and they said they would send out another pizza. My husband got a call and they said because it was ordered online they couldn't replace it. Now I am out a pizza because it had meat on it so much for dinner.
Great pizza. These reviews about it being over priced or 15 min late are completely stupid. Yes your paying a lil more by not buying from a corporate own nation wide chain, but the difference is worth it when u eat the pizza. Way better then doninos or Pizza Hut. And I have never receive a pizza exactly when they a pizza place says. That's why they say "roughly 45- min to 1 hour". If your not intelligent enough to order the pizza a little earlier then that time frame then the blame falls on u. Delivery people are being sent to houses all over the place and try to get there on time cause that's how they make money. Happy customer=good tip. The 9-10$ hr for driving isn't getting them rich so I would have to believe their not purposely screwing up the time Frame. Bottom line the pizza is great.
Place my order online and was told 30 minutes. We go to store to pick up. My gf has to come get cell phone to prove we put an order in online! Then we were told it will be 10 minutes! After already waiting 35 minutes for our order. Then after 30 ish more minutes my order gets passed around to two different cars before I tell the kid I dont want the order! Go in speak to a manager who informed me there is no way to issue a refund reciept! And the new kid dosent know the rules or times yet So it was put on me the customer! So after almost an hr in an 88 degree car for a 12$ pizza that wasent even eaten i left. My fault for swearing im over it! Never Again. Ps maybe get a manager who has better problem solving skills. All i wanted was something stating i had refund for my order!?
I can't stop eating this pizza. The cheese is the best. Great deal with the wallet card. Chanti sticks are great and so are the cookies. It's best to go for lunch because they get a little backed up at dinner time.
Still the best pizza in the greater Twin Cities area. Has been a household fave for 30+ years.
