Papa Murphy's

Decided to give this location a visit after they reopened. I was underwhelmed but gave it one more try yesterday. The staff is sooo unfriendly. The woman who took my order acted like I was bothering her. The employees build your pizza so slowly I needed a shave by the time they were done. Take a look at the pizza they gave me see photo. Toppings were so sparse that there was bare crust! When they were closed I went to the West Bend location which was much better. I won't be back to the Grafton store.

Not friendly and forgot zucchini on our veggie pizza. Train your employees or lose customers. Seems fair to me. The closed promptly at 6pm so could not even get their mistake corrected. I will be in touch with a manager soon.Food: 1/5

Got the order wrong wrong crust, I asked the size in diameter, and got a sarcastic answer, and this tipping request thing? Kidding, right? There's no actual service to tip for. Bare minimum to make a pizza for take and bake. Pizza isn't bad, nothing to write home about. Many options in town, probably won't be back. Sad because we used to love this place.

Placed an order online at 3:30 pm for 5 pm pick up. At 6 pm it was still not ready. Employee said walk ins go ahead of online orders. Huh? I’m sorry. That’s not the right answer even if true. Will never order from this location again. What’s the point of ordering in advance??? And this is another reason to never tip in advance.

Chery was the name on the reciept Lady with the tattoos was making rude looks as I said I was looking at the menu. She talked to me in a very demeaning manor. I don't know how they have any customers that return to this location. I'm never coming back.

I don’t know how this location can stay in business. It spends more time closed than it does opened. I find the Saukville location much more reliable and overall better. I don’t plan to ever even try to go back to this Grafton location. It is a waste of time.

Holy cow! The blond lady, covered in tattoos who takes orders at the register?? AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS!!!! I’ll refrain from typing what I’m thinking, but you better be prepared for an unpleasant encounter! YIIIIKES!

The website says the store is open but you can’t place online orders. I called to place my order end no one answered. This is the second time this has happened to me. I don’t think it’s open anymore.

This is not the greatest I love Papa Murphy’s they need better people to work there. I went there tonight and they screwed up my order. Not the nicest people there either

Came in last week to get a pizza. One of the people in the store was in the back stating how they were drunk. I believe the owner was there and didn't do anything. Bad business made me and other customers in the store very uncomfortable. Would not go back to this location.
