Lakeview House of Pizza

Fries were addicted and the crust on the pizza was out of this world. My sub was huge and seriously I can't stop thinking about those fries.

Want to take a moment to review not only the business/food, but the exceptionally hard working crew in there. I went in during a busy lunch service and everyone greeted me when I walked in. These guys and girl were all obviously extremely busy and made it a point to greet me with a smile! The chicken salad is probably the best I’ve ever had, and I found out it’s homemade. YUM. My husband got a steak and cheese and we split fries, both were AWESOME. Very fair price for the amount of food we got and we will definitely be back again! Keep up the good work guys!

We have been customers of Lakeview House of Pizza for years. Whenever we go in we are greeted as if we are family. The food is always fresh and fantastic try the salad with grilled chicken .. you will LOVE it, the prices are reasonable, the portions are substantial, the people are friendly and the location is very convenient.

Me and my family came here like a month back. The food was made really fresh and hot. Pizza was really fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was really nice and really big restaurant too. I would highly recommend this to people traveling in the Marlborough MA Area or Worcester MA. If you are looking for some tasty Pizza this is the one.

Found out after the fact it was bought out by the worst pizza place in grafton. They advertise themselves as the original place but nothing on the menu was the same. Ontop of everything I waited an hour when I was told my order would take 20 mins. The original place had amazing food. This probably won't affect them at all but I would never go back here unless the previous owners bought it back.

My daughter and I absolutely love this place. We have dinner here at least once a week.. my daughters favorite is there BLT sub. It looks and tastes awesome. For me its the meatball sausage sub!! To die for. The sauce, the roll the vegetables cooked with it along with top-quality sausage and meatballs makes for the best sandwich ever!! Everything we have had there has been above top notch.. The husband and wife team that run the place are super nice people.. you owe it to yourself to have takeout dinner from Lakeview House of Pizza !! I guarantee you'll be back..

Found this place through google maps as I'm driving by this town. I was there a few minutes ago and don't understand the previous review. Floor was clean, door looks like sprayed with sanitizerpandemic, food was great. I had a steakbomb and it was phenomenal. The lady at the front was polite and pleasant. I'm tired of seeing spoiled brats hurting mom and pop small businesses, especially during a pandemic and a hurt economy.

I had heard about this restaurant because they provide halal options for customers. Kudos to them for this effort. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience. I wanted to get a pizza with halal options for my family, and had called in to get an understanding of their menu. The call was answered by a lady, who did maintain the polite tone on the phone. However, her responses to my questions were severely unorthodox and rather offsetting stated below. My initial question was if they had halal options, and the word to word reply was, "depends on the customer". Which then I had proceeded to ask, well if I was looking for pizza with halal options, would you be able execute on the order? She replied, "only if you don't give us a headache". I was very thrown off by this comment, as we were only mere a few seconds into the conversation, and it was my first time calling them. I then proceeded to ask "What should I do to not give you a headache?" and made sure to maintain a polite tone. She replied "what do you want?", which then I answered, "may i please know what are the halal options"?. Immediately, she answers, "no, we are not going to do this, sorry no halal option for you". I was very shocked by this, as I had made sure to be polite, patient, and most importantly not give her a "headache". I was quite offended by this interaction therefore I replied, I will leave a review about this. Then enters the Avengers of the Pizza world The restaurant had proceeded to call me 3-4 times in a row, which I did not pick up. They had left me a voicemail. Initially, I thought the voicemail would mention apologies for the misunderstanding, and see what positive outcome we can get from this. To my surprise, when I checked the voicemail it was from the owner which stated word to word: "Hi, this is from lakeview house of pizza, you called asking for halal pizza, and she did answer you nicely. You threat by putting comment, I dont give a sh!t about your comment. Before you put the comment read my reply to the others, because really it would be nasty. And I will send it on facebook and i will send it to all your friends, just read my reply before you put your comment, which i dont give a sh!t about." It took me about 7 or 8 times replaying this message, to understand him. I was extremely offended, taken back, and appalled by this. By no measure or means, was this voicemail warranted in any way. Not once did i cuss, raise my tone of voice, or even "threat". I am not in the business or activity of hurting anyone's business, but reading the other reviews, I strongly urge the owner to learn the basic principles of customer service. This person actually tried to intimidate me to not write a review. As mentioned, I am not forthcoming when giving a negative review, nor have I ever in the past. I enjoy establishing great relationships and recommending people to businesses, however this was just something I have never seen, heard, or expected. I would like to extend an invitation to the owner, to introduce him to other local business owners who have excellent customer service, and take tips to better his business. Education is an on-going process, and this owner would definitely benefit from learning from others. As for the lady who answered the call, next time please don't ask a customer "depends if you give us a headache" a statement of such context is offensive. A customer is bringing you their business, lakeview house of pizza is not doing a favor for humanity, being in the restaurant space. Therefore, value your customers and care for them.

Ordered 2 pizzas and was told it would be ready in 45 min. When I showed up to get the pizzas I was told they wouldn't be ready for another 30 min! Owner was RUDE, AND NASTY! WON'T Ever go back! And I will make sure to tell everyone I know NOT TO go there due to their poor customer service! Guess it doesn't pay to support local at least not at this place.

Sorry Paesano's, how many times do I have to order a salad with chicken and you forget the chicken before I go somewhere else? 4 times. Goodbye. I would gladly drive from Worcester to Grafton for their food. Best chicken ceasar wrap I've had in a long time.
