For the most part, service is good. They at times can be a little slow and behind even when ordering ahead; but that seems to be the case everywhere these days and not unique to this establishment. Even at these times, the staff is cordial and friendly and you can tell they are trying. The food quality from a taste standpoint is consistent with the Little Caesars brand, but sometimes the pizza slices and the bread sticks are cut unevenly and disproportionate. Could use some more consistency in this area. But overall, usually a good experience at this establishment.
They are busy and trying to improve. Food is good service needs a lot of work. I think waiting 45 min for a pizza that takes 7 min to make is slightly a bit to long. Not sure I believed the reason behind the long wait either. .
Hello. Normally I would not reach out in regards to service but I’m definitely annoyed. We ordered 3 pizzas. There were 4 people working and two other cars. After waiting 30 minutes and watching cars come and go, we found out they gave our pizzas away. Then they offered us someone’s two random pizzas. We proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to be given two pizzas. They were confused why we were annoyed and stated we ordered 3 pizzas. So we had to wait even longer for the 3rd pizza. So frustrated as we were picking these up to bring to our friends house for all of our kids. During this time other orders were taken and distributed. So annoyed!!!
Pizza was good, but the guy behind the counter just seemed like he really didn't want to be there. I get it they were busy, but he has to realize he is representing the store. Store could use a little spruce up as well as far as chairs. Other than that, good experience.Food: 5/5
Ordered online, they were a half hour late. Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes as other customers walked in and out. They were not busy. Staff was completely unconcerned. Service is garbage
Was given 2 day old pizza. I ordered through doordash and this is what was delivered to me. Please note the date on the sticker and today’s date Sept 5th. Let’s hope I do not get sick….
Little Caesars is slowly becoming my favorite of the chain pizza restaurants. Their deep dish pizzas are really good, with crispy, carmelized crust and good toppings. The pretzel Crust pizza is on of my new favorites, although I would probably skip the stuffed crust version. This particular store could brush up on order accuracy, as my order was given to me missing a few items, luckily I checked it all before leaving. Also can't go wrong with Crazy Bread....
Placed a to go order and everything was correct and fresh and hot when I picked it up. Employees were kind and friendly. Food was great, so great in fact the crazy bread didn't survive the 15 min ride home. Rip crazy bread you were delicious. Would definitely recommend!!
Waited 25 minutes for a pizza that takes 6 minutes to cook. Once I got it, it was cold. And the crazy bread?! Cold as ice smeared with cold 'butter'. I honestly dont even think they were even cooked. They also advertise their app, which you cannot use at this location.
Good-ish pizza. 1 of each on hand at at time, causing you to wait 5-10 mins for a pizza that should be on hand? "Hot & ready"? And this drastic of failure to cut a pizza? Wow.
