I placed an order with Papa John's this afternoon for an extra-large pizza with four toppings, and I specifically requested it to be well-done. Unfortunately, what we received was extremely disappointing. The pizza was undercooked and soggy, with raw dough that made it inedible. The toppings were not properly cooked, resulting in a juicy mess. This was a major letdown, especially as I was serving it to my friends. I was really disappointed and embarrassed in front of them. I hope Papa John's addresses this quality issue as it seriously affects the customer experience. You can see the pictures and the water came out of pizza
Good taste and staff. The store was super clean and spacious!! Overall commendable experience.
Upon arrival to pick up my order, an employee nearly backed into my car and glared at me as if he wasn't at fault for not looking before reversing out of his spot.nnI order from this location every so often because the quality of the pizza is always decent. The service is usually pretty decent as well. The staff in the evenings whenever I've come to place an order after 9 pm are friendly and polite.nnHowever, my order last night June 8, 2024 was for a party, and the pizzas were not sliced properly. This wasn't the first time. It was an extra unnecessary hassle to cut up pizza for a party.nnPlease make sure staff are slicing the pizzas properly.
Great pizza at any papa john’s location! This one in particular is a takeout only! Wish it was a eat in restaurante! They have enough space for at least 2-3 tables of at least 2 people. Only one person working the restaurant on a Sunday night. Washroom was not the cleanest, no toilet paper on the role, restaurant is a little neglected due to the lack of employees and management.
Today at 12:30AM I placed my order through Uber , and called the store for some modifications, but the reply was SORRY BUT WE ARE GOING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER AS WE ARE OUT OF CHEESE .nAnd it’s 1:00AM now and still Uber says order is being prepared after calling twice the girl said it’s been cancelled , and third delivery driver assigned was returning empty handed .nIt’s weird that a pizza outlet is out of cheese , but still it can happen , but atleast cancel it from your end , don’t waste customers as well as delivery drivers time .
