I had the best experience here when I stopped by for a quick bite to eat. In particular there was an employee, I believe her name was Atefa. She was so positive and welcoming, it made me feel like we were family. Having that type of service made the food taste that much better. I would also like to add it was super clean!! I will definitely be returning, thank you for such great, fast, service on top of the fresh food!!!
I was given a coupon for Harvey's and it came in handy tonight as I was doing chores and was getting hungry.... I decided on a quick drive thru at this location and was greeted by a cheerful woman at the order post and again by another very friendly woman at the pay and pickup window. She asked me if I needed anything else and wished me a good night. Nice. The meal was good as well, but the service was great! Welcoming, quick and friendly with a hint of humor. Always a good combo!
What a pathetic display of service and food quality. Came here for some milkshakes, and what they gave me was complete garbage, looked nothing like how they are advertising. Asked for a refund and got antagonized by management and they tried to deny my refund. I still took the hotdog though because Im hungry, I proceed to open the casing and you can see the photo attached of the burnt mush I was presented. Seriously avoid this place at all costs!!!!
I like it that you can choose what to add to your burger. The price is affordable as compared to the other fast food. The manager and staff are friendly. The reason why I'm giving a 4 star coz I'm expecting the patty to be juicy. But overall it's a good experience and will definitely consider again.
Always fresh and always slaps I have never had any issues ever and I will continue to keep going here. Thank you always for a good experience and making my poutines fresh and hot every time :
