4 super risky dinky slices of Bacon on the Pizza, and the Second pizza was not cut and so hard to chewy, I was so tempted to bring this back... OMG.... no wonder this place has a 3.4 star review.... I mean, cutting cost, by cutting toppings is very Rude.. just saying.. please please try to be better... you are a pretty cool place to get pizza. My son choose you over all other places and he seldom goes off his norm... I wish to see your rating rise...
I understand that they were busy but they could have sauced the wings. The order was late past 40mins. It looked like unsauced wings with drizzle of sauce. So there were pieces of dry wings with no sauce not what we paid for. Then the chicken Parm bites were flat and in consistent in how many you get in one order.
Paid on the app for 2 pizzas and shortly after received a phone from the store. The employee stated that they had 1 driver and 3 orders ahead of me and it would take 2 hours to deliver the pizza I had paid for. I offered to come pick up the pizza to alleviate the issue and was informed that the doors cannot be opened after 10pm. Still not too sure how 3 orders translated into 2 hours. Hoping the food is at least hot at this point.
I was on my bicycle to Boomerang Pizza only to find out that they were closed. So instead I went to the good ol Papa John's. I was attend by Ray, the manager of the store. She was super nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely comeback here again for another pizza craving.
This place is hit or miss. Sometimes your order is good and correct and some days it is not. You can tell if they are busy by the quality of your food. Have had good and awful experiences.Food: 3/5
Would give lower rating if I could. Took over an hour for my delivery to arrive and when it did it was ice cold and management didn't even care. Take your money to Marco's pizza they do a way better job
Absolutely the best customer service I have received in a long time. I put an order for a couple Papadias and a drink, with some extra sauce cups. The delivery was passed off by the store to DoorDash for delivery. When they driver got here he handed me the food only. I asked him did he bring me the drink, he shrugged it off saying “callem ‘ I guess they busy”. The way he acted like it wasn’t even serious was insane. Even though he was tipped good he acted as if it wasn’t a big deal. I called the store and spoke with the Manager. She replaced my order with fresh food, with a Drink, and even sent us out a pan of brownies PLUS refunded me due to the drivers attitude. She went well beyond making the customer happy. That is unheard of these days! She needs a raise!!!! *Update:I never received the refund like I was told! What a joke! I take back the raise part.
EDIT: 10/20/22 WHAT HAPPENED TO PAPA JOHNS?! This was the absolute WORST pizza I've ever had in my life! The cheese is barely melted, the sauce is SO cheap and flavorless now, the "Italian sausage" is flavorless as well and the dough is COMPLETELY DIFFERENT than last year. I don't think they canceled Papa John for what he said, frankly, I don't even remember caring when it happened I think they got rid of him so they could use cheap garbage Ingredients like listed above. It's a shame, because Papa John's WAS always consistently good.
The last three times we have ordered from this Papa John’s pizza the app says it should take no longer than 45 minutes. On average it has taken 90 minutes per order. Our family loves Papa John’s pizza and wants to order it, so I called to speak with the manager. The response he gave was “I don’t know why the app is not giving the right times.” We will not order from this store again.
The first time we ordered from here the pizza had an issue it went into the trash. It was not edible to eat. I called them back and was told they would make it right by offering another pizza free of charge and when I ordered again they said they had no Idea what I was talking about getting a free pizza to replace one that they delivered inedible. I gave them another chance Now we have been waiting for over 2 1/2 hours There won’t be a third time They should have given refunds BOTH times
