Papa John's Pizza

It was very busy and had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for my pizza. The manager and staff were very understanding and worked hard to push orders out, the manager did a darn good job prioritizing orders to maximize customers needs. She truly put the customers first. The manager was literally doing 3 to 4 jobs at once, great job and even though my wait was very long they made every effort to make it right.

I ordered 2 large double pepp pizzas with extra sauce, light cheese. What I received had very little sauce and so much cheese that the grease was pooling on the pizza. I called to have it replaced and then drove up there to exchange it. The manager had an attitude and lied to me saying it was in the oven. A few minutes later I hear the employees making the pizza and complaining about having to remake it because everyone loves cheese why would anyone not want A lot of cheese? When the pizza was finished it sat on the shelf for 10 min before anyone even looked at it, then they tried to charge me again for the remake. We have always been papa johns fans but I will not be ordering from this store again!!

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. Completely awful customer service and the pizza is awful. I have ordered from here on many occasions, none without a problem. My order is always wrong, pizza is always cold and the driver usually shows up around the 1 and a half hour mark. I will take my business to Domino's or Pizza Hut from now on.

Pizza is decent but management on post is jacked up. It takes anywhere from 1-2 hours to get your pizza so if your hungry you'll likely lose your appetite before you get it because your stomachs going to adhering long before you get your gosh damn food.
