Service was horrible. Took a long time for server to take our order. It was not busy. Two of our table got good then 5 min later my husband and I received ours. Cutlery was dirty. Server dis not check on us. Asked for bill and took almost 10 min to receive
We had an amazing experience when we dine-in at Boston Wainwright. The foods and drinks we're all delicious and perfectly prepared and on time. Atmosphere wise was so warm and cozy so as the service provided to us by Michael. He was an amazing person, attentive and gave us the best of service that he could be. We would be definitely coming back especially because of the service & the hospitality of Michael. Well done and keep up the good work Superb
Service was way less than parr, and so cold in there that you needed a coat. The restrooms were disgusting. On a 1-10 scale they might hit 1.1, a lot of room for improvement. Would not recommend.
It was a busy night but we were accommodated and welcomed with friendly environment and staff. Good job to our server Michael for being friendly and giving excellent service from taking drink orders mains and desserts. Plus separating bills correctly and in a timely manner. Thank you staff and management we will be back for sure.
We enjoy our visit. Service was excellent kitchen was so fast. We order pastas and pizzas and they were superb. We definitely coming back. Shout out to our server Michael. He took our orders correctly and he looks like he's having fun on what he’s doing. The environment was very friendly and clean.
