Papa John's Pizza

If there was a NO star option this place would rate that low!!! Worst pizza ever!!! Worst customer service ever!!! First time trying this place, wish I hadn't!!! The pizza was horrible and had slices of ROCK HARD Pepperroni on it... terrible to get, especially since they advertise the "best ingredients are used", huh NO!! Then there is the horrible practice this place has of putting a "hot pepper" into the box of every pizza??? WHY?? I'm no fan of peppers and actually have had an allergic reaction to them!! When I called to complain the manager failed to give me a refund for the pizza I did not eat!! Absolutely do NOT RECOMMEND!!! Go to Pizza Hut!!

Got 3 crustless pizza bowls. Spent over $50 for them, delivery fee and tip, got dishes that you can see the bottom of the plastic containers. Took pictures. The delivery driver was the redeeming quality of my order. Called later, they ignored the call. Left a voice message, no call back and it’s been a day. Unnecessary packaging to put plastic containers in their own pizza boxes, guess they don’t want you seeing in the container until you’re inside your home and paid already

Love the chicken bites! Bread sticks are delicious. Pepperoni pizza is average. Nice staff. Good locationFood: 4/5

Unit17 20811 absolutely TERRIBLE phone service. Making jokes about my questions every time i ask them, this person should be fired. this is not acceptable. Never odering from here again.

Been going here for years one out of every 10 or so pizza's are terrible. Called in, the young asian lady at the front rudely dismissed the issue of the the pizza fell off with one bite, dry, overcooked argued and told me she was sure it was done right. after 4 years of eating here her terrible attitude and lack of quality control ended it for me. I live in abbotsford and drive here because i've always been a loyal customer but I'll never order from here again not that she seemed to care whatsoever. My only regret was not getting her name.

First time ordering. Got the dips wrong. Pizza was cold. Called and spoke to a manager instead of offering anything to make right. She's like okay. I see why there is so many 1 star reviews

Poor Customer Service. Staff is rude. There is no tap system to pay. Ordered 4 topping veggie pizza but looks like just cheese pizza. Not enough toppings as you can see in the pic.

It WAS good and now the worst, topping and cheese won't stick to crust at all, all my kids had their topping falling off, the dough isn't proved properly, and each slice not portioned equally, some are even twice the size of the small one, sauce is now 1 Oz and the side chilly is coin size, what happen?!

Absolutely horrible service. I ordered 6 wings, they ran out of wings so threw in 2 chicken balls and a ball of meatless bone! They didn't call to inform me, I would not have accepted their decision of a "substitution". I called to complain and the girl, was rude and "oh we were too busy to call you to let you know" and told me she'd call back and didn't. I waited 45 mins, called back and was told she left already. I left a message for the manager to call me the next day, and no call was returned. I called the location back and was told the manager won't be in and they don't know when she will be. I asked who took my order and her name was Roo, said she closed that night so I was lied to. I left another message for the manager who's name is apparently Jenny and now it's been 3 days and no call back so next wk I will call the head office in Calgary. On a previous order, I had the delivery person female demand a tip! I couldn't believe it. I told her never, ever do that again. Called the manager about that. I have found that the quality of the food and service is absolutely terrible. I will never order from them again.

Great pizzas fast. Online ordering makes it easy. My wife likes thin crust, I like regular. Some appear not to come as thin crust. Not sure how that works, if I knew, it would be 6 stars, the bonus would come from making my wife happy, along with me getting great pizza. Thanks Papa J.
