We went there today there around 3pm and as we entered the whole atmosphere sounds great and cleaned. One side a birthday party was going on. We bought a point based card and had a wonderful experience. Kids had cheese sticks and French fries. So food was also good and fresh. Overall it's recommended.Food: 4/5
Great place for the kids to have fun, friendly staff, clean area and decent fast food. Recommend the time limit card rather than the points based one. Let your kids run wild for a couple of hours = energy depletion and early night :D
Had my son’s birthday party on Saturday and it was disappointing. I called and was told no outside food is allowed but I can bring dessert. I asked if there were veggie platters available and what kind of appetizers and was told I could order it all the time of the party. Veggie platters were not available. It was very cold inside, as if no heating was on. Some children got a golden tickets but not everyone, those who came earlier than the others did not get some. The food did not arrive at once. The surpreme pizza arrived before the vegetarian pizza so half the party waited. Plates for the adults weren’t brought out. There wasn’t regular coffee nor tea, just earl grey tea, hot chocolate, mocha and french vanilla. There was no cream only milk. There were bags of sweet n low and sugar twin packets, when I asked for sugar the lady told me that was sugar. I explained to her both bags were filled with artificial sweeteners to which she finally replied that they’re out. The kids had a good time but I wouldn’t host a party there again.
We went here for my sons birthday. When I was purchasing the card I asked for the points one vs minutes one…the girl gave us the incorrect one and took a very long time 10 minutes or so trying to correct it…then someone else came to help and took them another 10 minutes or so all the while the kids had to wait…which was a complete waste of time…in the end when they thought they fixed the issue I tried the card the issue was not fixed and it was a time one…whole reason of getting the points one was I had 2 kids and want to use it freely but with this when one kid scanned it the other had to wait as it Would say scan too soon…which again was a disappointment as the kids had to wait for one to finish…I was so frustrated from the first waste of 20 minutes could not bother to deal with them again…despite the poor service the place itself was mediocre some games were good some were not for me there are similar places to this so I personally can’t see myself returning sadly.
Best place for kids...they enjoyed fully ...We went there to celebrate a friend's sons birthday party..it was just wow
Amazing place to bring the kids! They had so much fun. The food is not good good quality however I don’t think your going there for the food. It’s more of the convenience of getting food directly there. A few games were down and not running properly but overall a really good and awesome place for the kids.
Good place for kids. However, the store needs to amp up the ambience a lot. The store needs to work on the lightning & music so that the games pop-up their vibrant colours. The place doesn't feel very lively mainly because of the ambience.Service: 3/5
We went there for a birthday party and it was loads of fun. They do parties well. A little cosmetically outdated but some of us parents might enjoy the nostalgia. The games were all up to par with a decent amount of variety and the kids had a blast checking them all outFood: 4/5
We came for a kids birthday party and even though there were tons of other parties each group had a specific staff. It was handled extremely well. Some games could use attention and some slight improvement on that but overall big thumbs upFood: 4/5
We just had my sons 4th birthday party there this past Sunday and it was a hit! The entire staff very welcoming, friendly and always smiling. This place was very busy but the entire staff didn’t miss a beat! The overall cleanliness was also very impressive! One of the team members at the front Kosa deserves special recognition for being friendly, organized and efficient. Will definitely be back!
