I am not going to lie the pizza surprised me, they didn’t sting out on toppings. I got the special with 4 toppings and it was enjoyable. They don’t cheap out on cheese like some of the other establishments I have seen. Overall it’s a good place for some pie!
My husband ordered pizza from here after rave reviews on Stouffville Bulletin but this has to be the worst pizza we've ever had. Lrg with 3 toppings extremely stingy on toppings, where are the mushrooms? and tax, $27 and it's completely atrocious. Order a better quality pizza from Pizza Napoli for the same price.
They charge $1.00 for debit/tap they just don't tell you....the cashier would rather hand you the debit machine after they pass that notification on the device. Have no problem with the extra fee, just be up front and let your customers know. Their response below is that they charge $1 debit fee only on delivery which was not my experience. I picked up my order, IN STORE, and noticed the cashier quickly pressing buttons on the debit machine before letting me tap. Thought it was just to pass the tip portion which was fine....I only noticed the next day that my bill $14.68 was different from my receipt $15.68 Pretty sneaky & dishonest. Won't go back just on principle
I order from papa johns all the time!! if you are a cheese lover, you HAVE to order their pizza. It is AMAZINGII So much cheese!! This is one of the only places that you actually get what you pay for Toppings are also generous Their garlic knots is fantastic as well You must try!!!! Great staff and very well maintenance
Feels like new owners and cooks based on my last experience 1 month ago. Very disappointing, pizza came out tad cold , missing papa johns signature a pepper inside the box and missing garlic butter dipping sauce both usually included, Most disappointing for me is the quality and taste like Pizza Pizza quality! Chewy and cardboard like ! What happened Papa John ?
Ordered last night after new management. Best pizza I've had in a long time. Website tracker wasn't on point as the order was delivered still said preparing. But boy what a great pizza!! Well done! We had tried a few times before and it was terrible both times. But new management was worth the try! Thanks again!
The worse place to get the pizza from. Kids are standing at the front counter and have no clue how to use the register and after they asked for double the amount, owner start fighting that he and his crew are right. Never seen such a bad attitude of an owner. Definitely for him customer is for no importance. Pizza is just ok and can be bought from any other store. Worse experience and won’t go back to this place again.
We walked in & order a pizza yesterday but they charged $1 extra for using a credit card but they haven't mentioned about this charge. We only realized after it charged. Very disappointed and dishonest business.
The pizzas were on the point and loved the atmosphere there staff was were welcoming and even helped to choose the best pizza by my taste.
Delicious Pizza, Thank you so much Papa Johns. Neat and clean place. Staff and services are awesome.
