Had a nice dinner with friends, there is some special on this month where kids under 10 eat for free. We had the tacos, chicken club, salmon, some pizzas. Prices have give up but that’s everywhere but the portion sizes were really good here. We all left full. The dining room was full when we got there but we ate comfortable in the bar area. A lot of screens for catching the hockey games.
What a great spot for a family dinner. It's a very comfortable restaurant, service was good and food was tasty. The Buffalo Cauliflower Bites were excellent, and the Jalepeno Dip was fantastic...especially the chips that come with it. The pizzas that we got were the small size, and we have lots of leftovers. Everybody's dish was extremely tasty.
Big patio, food was ok, service was friendly and kids enjoyed their birthday cake.
Fine server but poor food quality. We had a nice waitstaff today for our lunch visit, but the food was not acceptable, sadly. Our son ordered the kids 'bugs and cheese' with a side of french fries. The fries were so cold, I wondered if they had been taken from another plate. They were not fresh. I ordered a salad and a side of seasonal veg: the seasonal veg was okay but the salad was rotten in many spots. The cut veg put on top was more fresh, but the overall 9 dollar salad shouldn't have been served because it was very past due. My husband ordered a very pricey 18 salad, and he said it tasted like it was made the day prior. The lettuce mix in his salad was also considerably spoiled. This was not what we had hoped for with a meal. Again, our waitress was very nice so we didn't pursue the poor food issue but we will know now not to return.
3rd Time is not a charm! Mentioned this before but I guess it’s too difficult to do - kitchen staff and assembly staff should be using a checklist that they sign off on when they complete prep + package of order. Because they miss extras requested which aren’t packed in the past missed parts of food order in packing. Also need all staff members when seeing on member overwhelmed whereby the other steps in, not walks by and doesn’t ask clients if they’ve been taken care of. Do better.
Waited 45-50 minutes for a desert and a soda. The friend I attended this location with asked for two separate bills to which the bill was not split, which is not a very time consuming task. The waitress was also walking around and speaking to other customers in close proximity to us and not once came by to ask if we wanted anything else. I understand when an event takes place it can get busy, but the lack of customer service and lack of courteousness really gave me a bad feel to ever come back to this place.
Waited 45 minutes to get a drink and that was with me having to go up to the hostess stand and telling them I waited 45 minutes to be greeted by our waitress. When she did come she came with an attitude that we even wanted to be served. She was no where to be seen will eating the meal and and got some food wrong. I asked to split the bill and just didn’t do it. I get that you were having an event and that it can be stressful but 45 minutes for a drink is outrageous. Parking: Lots of parking
Jan 12/19 Dinner was great!! The food was hot and the service was super. Really enjoyed that cheesecake. Well done!! Great pizza and pasta. I enjoy the menu selections and the pricing is not bad. Place is clean and the music fits the ambiance. The staff are happy and do a fine job with table service. Oh and a cold one goes with that pizza quite well. I recommend this location.
One of the best location for Boston Pizza. Staff is friendly and attentive. Food is delicious and well presented. Just opened patio a while ago, the environment is clean and tidy. Social distancing is well maintained and it made me feel safe to enjoy dinner here.
I agree with another review. Waited 45 minutes for my food and not a server to acknowledge me. I saw the other couple walk out. Staff cannot manage will never come back.
