Alfy's Pizza

Had my grandson's first b-day party there today with about 18 people. My son ordered 6 pizzas when we arrived, although they said it would be 10-15 min, it took them over a half hour to get it out to us which pushed our timeline, and we were supposed to be out of the room at 3:30pm, but since it didn't appear there were any other parties after us, they allowed us to stay till 4pm with no complaints. Pizza crust was a bit underdone and doughy, but it was ok. I'd give it 3½ stars, but that's not an option. One recommendation I'd like to give them is to PLEASE put a trash bin in or at least near the party room bcuz we could find nowhere to throw anything away, aside from a teeny little bathroom sized dustbin up by the front counter which was of little help to us. We had to get a kitchen trash bag that was thankfully in the car to throw all the pizza scraps, paper & plastic tableware and gift wrapping in, my son & daughter-in-law ended up taking it with them to throw away at home since there was nowhere to throw it away there.

I wish I could do 0 stars just because of the blonde employee. The food was good just like any other Alfy’s. And 2/10 arcade games work. Long story short the blonde stick figured employee I think she was the only blonde but she wouldn’t give her name and when i asked very politely she flipped her hair and said “ oh that doesn’t matter” there was a basketball arcade game it wasn’t working so I let my kids just throw the ball into the hoop what harm could it do there wasn’t much else to play. ANYWAYS she SCREAMED at my kids not politely asked them but YELLED at my 3 & 6 year olds and told them she was going to kick them out of there and close the 2 game arcade room. THEN SCREAMED AT ME when we tried to get a quarter that got stuck into a game out and she told us no we couldn’t try to get it out. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had in my life and it’s sad because i really wanted to be able to come back here. Never again will I and this will be going on Facebook and instagram for my Million followers to see. If anyone gets her name please let me know. Thank u!!

Pizza as always was great!! Servers were fun and energetic but forgot to call our name for our to go order. It sat under the kiosk for a bit until we started to wonder where it was. The place was loud and busy tho and pizza was still hot. Place was clean and salad bar looked greatFood: 5/5

Wewife and I just had the rudest service I've ever had at an Alfy's in 45yrs. I tried to talk with the older galworkerto let her know one of the soda was out of syrup...she just kept walking without acknowledging me. Then she announced that they would be towing a car out behind the restaurant, I tried to inquire about what she said, she ignored me again. So I just went outside to move the car and a male worker told me to "move my car now" as I was getting in car to move it. I've never experienced this kind of behavior at an Alfy's, it was very disappointing. The salad bar was very good, the pizza was outstanding per usual. The young lady that took our order was very pleasant and helpful with our order. But my lunch was ruined by two very rude people.

The blonde manager was very aggressive! If I could give zero stars I definitely would. Do not go there. She was rude, unprofessional, and almost violent in her behavior. We didn’t even bother eating there after interacting with her. No mediocre pizza is worth being treated in such a manner. Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly, was extremely aggressive even towards kids.

I am up in the air about this place. The food was good, but three salads, a personal cheese, and large pizza was 111.67. Here is my gripe. There was a 8% service charge. The explanation is to lower prices. Yeah its written in the menu. They don't have it on the lunch specials It's absolutely stupid, and hidden. Just up your prices. You hide your high costs in a service charge. I wanna say your welcome to the lunch crowd!

just so ppl know what the cheesy bread is, super disappointing. I did tear that one in half fyi, they were all whole pieces

Had a party here since it's one of the only places for a large group. Employees were very strict. We were the last party and we ran a bit late from the hour and half given due to cleaning so they charged us $20 for going over. I guess the best thing to do here is leave the mess to avoid getting a $20 charge. There beverage machine was also out of service so we could not get drinks u less it was bottled. Kid-friendliness: They do have an arcade.

food is a 4.5 stars. staff was a .5… if that. the front lady is so emotionally unstable and i truly hope she gets help.. straws were tossed, she snapped at me OVER absolutely nothing. i work in customer service.. this was NOT it. good luck to anyone that comes here.

Pizza is fresh and the crust is always perfectly cooked. Their crust is a bit doughy, but has a nice crunch on the bottom and top. The cheese is plentiful and they never skimp on toppings. As far as pizza goes, Alfys is my favorite. The Marysville location has a really friendly staff, and generally the place is pretty calm and well kept. Personally, I love the salad bar and is a big reason I drive so far to get here. 50% of the time the salad bar is out of garlic bread and/or multiple toppings. I wish they were better at replenishing missing items. It’s not like the salad bar is free, you know? If you like good pizza and a low key environment, you’ll love this place. If you love the garlic bread, don’t have your heart set on it!
