Ordered take-out with a group from work on a holiday. My food was great (and it was highly customized) one of my co-workers had a sandwich, and the third got a burger, some chips, and a drink. I went to pick it up and when I came in to pick up the order, I was ignored for a couple of minutes until I asked if someone could help me. A young man came to the counter that seemed annoyed that I was asking for help and when I gave him my name and said I was here to pick up and order, he sighed and then handed me a pile of boxes from the warmer. I hadn't realized exactly what my co-workers had ordered, so I just asked if this was everything. The young man looked at the warmer and then the slip and told me it was. It was not until I got back to work that I realized I had forgotten the chips and drink for one of the orders. I called them back to inquire about it and they said I could come back and get it if I wanted, but that was all they could do.

Food was enjoyable on my end, but I was very upset about the lack of assistance in fixing the problem from one of their employees.

Outstanding manager,  when there is an issue he is happy to do what he can to make his customers happy so they keep coming back.

The rustic pizza seems to be the best thing there. But good luck ever getting your food if you choose delivery. Wait is always over 1 hour. Regular pizza not as good as other locations.
