Normally they make good food but tonight i got super greasey food on top of not getting everything that I ordered (which wasmt much) and having to wait nearly 2 hours for the inconvince really isn't what I expected in return for being a loyal customer.

I usually eat here because Louie's Pizza is one of the restaurants that stay open late, the customer service specifically the young women that was working the phone deliveries on 10/4/17, she was rude, had a negative attitude, and she should be retrained or let Ron take her place. All she did was socialize and put me on hold, but she didn't think I could hear. I understand it was a busy night but it took over an hour for a salad. Seems like recently Louie's Pizza has hired the "hood rats "of Waterbury, however Ron the delivery guy was Awesome, he should be promoted to a higher position, he was friendly and rationale with the timing. Thanks You Ron !

I get the meat lovers pizza every time for the past 4 years so I know what it looks and fast like.I ordered one today and it was nasty as he'll the center was warm but the crust was cold it looked dry and it was very DRY hardly any cheese and sauce maybe a teaspoon of each it tasted so nasty I eat almost 1 slice and gave some to my naber who well eat anything he took 2 bits and spit it out and said it was the worst he ever had and looked like it was 2 day old pizza wich I just got they told me they weren't busy be about 40 minutes it took over a hour they are only 1/4mile away..I WELL NEVER ORDER FROM THEIR AGEAN and the 13 units here said the same thing they well not order or eat there agean because it happen to them many times before they'll say it won't happen again but it does

Just ordered 3 grinders.. delivery driver shows up with only 2. So I call n the girl says oh sorry I forgot to tell you we ran out of bread.. ok so you send my delivery incomplete with calling to ask if that was ok or offering if I wanted something else or even ask if I still wanted to place the order. Well now you can have your 2 grinders back n someone else will get my money.
