Easy to meet location and easy going staff make this location stand out in Rhode Island. This place I discovered the first time as a Providence Rhode Island tourist from Boston just off the train. I don't know what I would do if Panera aren't here too.

Border line incompetent operation. There was a spill that didn't get dried up but they used a heater-meanwhile the floor was soaked. The serving trays are designed to allow your soup bowls to slide and they do. The knives (3 ) were dirty and needed to be wiped clean and we opt s for plastic. The salad were prepared with no dressings served. Saddest Panera operation I have visited.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to. The manager at this location, Ashley, is horrible. I saw her talk down to one of the members trying to help fix my order and talked to him like he was incompetent when really she was the one being rude and not listening. And she rolled her eyes at me. All I wanted was a bowl instead of a cup of chicken noodle soup. Is that so hard to ask? I feel bad for the employees who have to work under her management.

Standard Panera at a convenient location. I ordered online to save time, but apparently they are struggling with this until now and I had to wait double time for my order.
