I've been shopping here for over 20 years, and they have been consistent in both quality and taste as well as highly innovative the whole time. I would highly recommend them.

I wonder how much money this place has lost because they turned down someone who was in the "3 items or less & no hot food" line. You /chose/ to put your cafe in walking distance of a college. Expect it to be busy. This gets 2 stars instead of 1 because they're food isn't as overpriced as everywhere else in the city.

Good bread and tasty confections. But the confections are shrinking. The eclairs I know have almost halved in size in the last 2-3 years. I bet the price hasn't changed to match either. Up the price and keep the size. I won't be buying them or only on special occasions when all other options have been explored. Previously regular-ish customer moving to other stores where tiny eclairs are seemingly appropriately priced.

My wife grew up loving their pan pizza cut into long slices (center slices only please!) And it is just as good now as years ago!
