Jim the general manager is THE best manager ever. He is very kind to his customers and sure gets the job very well done. He is also great towards his staff and makes sure they are all n'sync and moving fast to serve their customers. He is often found on the floor running the entire show, he runs the register, hands out orders, even made my smoothie to fit my taste :) Also, there is a very sweet lady there hands out food orders always "Baeda" she is as sweet as sugar. Make sure you go say hello. Food is always fresh and very healthy.

I place a rapid pick up order at least once a week. Almost every single time they forget an item or get part of it wrong. WHY DO YOU HAVE A PACKAGE CHECKER?!?!?! Seriously, if they are going to check the bags to make sure they have everything, maybe they should try looking inside to verify that items are there instead of just running their marker down the list. It is a HUGE inconvenience to have to correct you every single time you forget something. You could save money and lower prices by firing that person!

I come to this location because it is close to work. I have no issues when I go in to order but always have an issue with delivery. I have ordered delivery twice and both times I had a bad experience. This time the paper was left on the cheese in the sandwich; luckily I open the sandwich to rearrange the items so they are properly placed across the sandwich and not clumped in the middle. Last time they forgot part of the order. If you want to order from here just go here instead of getting delivery. (Update: they did make it right both times and I know people make mistakes but finding non-edible items in your food is unacceptable no matter where you are.)

Panera Bread 14 Mile Rd & John R Troy Mi.----THIS PLACE IS FILTHY!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!! STORE # 0694 I’m not one who leaves reviews but feel like people need to be made aware of this filthy location. I decided to give them another chance after close to a year I found an ant in my sandwich. Dummy me decides to give them another chance today to now find a small coarse dark black piece of hair maybe an inch and a half long in my sandwich. I should have walked out soon as I noticed the dirt, food and open discarded utensil wrappers all over the carpet and floors. The windows were filthy and the tables looked like they were wiped down with oil. The health department should pay this place a visit. How does a huge food chain as Panera allow this! Cleaning for appearance and health should be top priority. I hadn't eaten there in a while and now it's off our list for good--goodbye Panera Bread!

You pick two options are very good to choose from. Prices are higher but food is good and hits the spot. Broccoli cheddar soup is best I have ever had. Pumpkin muffies are really good as well. Bagels are ok but other bagel businesses are better. Usual wait for order is about a medium wait.
