Good Coffee & Bagels ! I am a big fan of this chain. We have been coming to it for years. We are visiting MA and thus stopped at this cafe. The coffee & Bagels are tasty. Same great Panera taste. The service was good as well.

This morning I stopped at Panera for coffee and a bagel. There was no one ahead of me in line and at least 5 employees standing nearby chatting and laughing, yet I waited almost 5 minutes for service. Then I go to fill my coffee cup after paying and there is less than a quarter cup of coffee between all of the carafes. The times last filled were around 8:30am, it was then 10:30am. I went up to tell one of the workers the coffee was out and she said if you want it we'll have to be some. Meanwhile all of these employees are still hanging out and this one that I was speaking to was put out that I expected to fill my cup with coffee I paid for? I had to get to work which is nearby, so it looks like Panera just lost a regular customer. Not to mention the woman and child they treated appallingly as I was leaving. Some work needs to be done in the Colony Place Location.

Baguettes used to be so good and recently they have sucked. There now cold and not warm

I love Panera's clean food. This is a great location with outdoor seating and a fountain feature near the door. Orders are always quickly done.
