Amazing staff at this location. Restaurant, including the outdoor seating and bathroom, were extremely clean. Came here with my twin 2 year olds. High chairs were clean with all the straps in working condition. Staff helped me bring high chairs outside and also offered to bring my food out to Where I was sitting. This gesture went above and beyond expectations. All of their help and assistance made my day and made eating there so pleasurable. The food was delicious and nutritious. I appreciate the healthy kids menu and felt I got a tremendous value. I will definitely be eating here again and urge others to do so as well.

They never pay attention to details with the food order every time I made place online order.  

First visit in few months ago- no butter for the side bread, 
Second visit maybe as month ago- they didn't place in the butter for the side again, 
Last visit as today as I requested for extra dressing and bread for the side, they remember butter but no bread and extra dressing. 

I don't get it at all. I think they need more training and pay attention to details that's really important to customer.

They consistently forget things in my order. I have to go back bc I’d forgotten items more than I’m able to drive away with the correct order. I’m sitting here now with a dry salad. Thanks Panera. If there was a competitive healthy option, I’d go there and never look back.

Great food and service most of the time. Salads are in need of less scrap lettuce. Tables and seats need to be wiped down more often.

Very disappointed. Stood at the counter waiting to order for over 5 minutes. I felt invisible. There were 8 employees and nobody noticed me! Then very unfriendly. Obviously the customer is not as important as having fun and joking around with other team members. No more for me.
