I had an amazing breakfast experience at Panera Bread in Bradley, IL. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant sandwich was absolutely delicious. Flaky, buttery croissant paired with a perfectly seasoned sausage patty, fluffy egg, and melted cheese. It hit all the right notes.nnFor dessert, I indulged in a chocolate croissant, and it was the perfect sweet finish. The pastry was light, crispy on the outside, and dusted with powdered sugar, with just the right drizzle of chocolate. It tasted as good as it looked!nnThe service was friendly, the food came out quickly, and the sunny morning ambiance made it a great place to relax. Highly recommend stopping by this location if you’re in the area, Panera never disappoints, and this visit was no exception!
The old store manager retired a couple years ago and it’s went downhill since. They changed there cinnamon rolls …..for the worse and that was the final straw. Haven’t been back since. Their coffee was never really that good…..but, the cinnamon roll was delicious and the atmosphere was great. What a shame!
Drive through service is absolutely awful! 1 car in front of me sat waiting to order for 6 minutes then finally pulled up. I waited to order an additional 3 minutes. When I got to the window for pickup, I was told to go wait in spot #2, that was at exactly 12:45pm. Now mind you their parking lot is NOT full and neither is their drive up! While waiting for my sandwich, I watched an employee clean the glass door.nThey just brought out my sandwich at 12:58. Whole process took 22 minutes! Seriously don't go here if you are on a short schedule. Can not be done in a 30 minute lunch hour!
Paid $49 for food for 2 people. It was ordered online for “Rapid pick up”. I went into the restaurant 2 minutes after I got the email the order was ready. The girl up front said they were still making the food. I waited there for an additional 14 minutes before I looked myself and saw my food had been sitting there ready the whole time. I get to the car and the food was cold and wrong. I get home and bite into the cranberry orange loaf, and there was a long black hair baked into it. I will NEVER return to this location again. I don’t know if the experience could have been any worse!
Had not even touched this before taking a picture. This is supposed to be half of a Cobb salad... This is about a fourth and I might just be nice and say a third; for at the minimum $10. The place in there was not busy at all I can see why. My boyfriend and I ate for $24.12, split that in half and that's what I paid for this thing. Don't come here if you want your money's worth
