Dunkin' Donuts

The manager Ashley was not courteous, staff was walking around like they were in a daze. Stood in line for over 10 minutes for a coffee. Would recommend driving a little further and going to another Dunkin.

I just asked for a decaf macchiato with oat milk and bagel bites. I understand it’s kinda specific, but it’s from dietary restrictions. She gave me a regular latte and ice cold bagel bites with a bad attitude. I’ll be waking up earlier and going elsewhere from now on

I had a egg sausage English muffin and 4 vanilla long John's that were Amazing I can never find them with Out the stuff inside but they had them so HAPPY THEY DID

I typically go to this location for convenience but I think this was the last straw as far as inconsistency goes and terrible service. I know dunkin is famous for never knowing how you're going to get your drink but this location goes as far as to give you an entirely different drink and then give you attitude when you question what it is they give you. I dont know if it's a lack of training or what but today I went got a very simple drink and it was only about 2/3 full. There was no wait time, I got the drink, drove the 2 min to work and this is what I see.... the one at the Speedway is better if anyone else wants to convert haha

Coffee great breakfast food not so good, food reminds me of microwave food if that's what it is it should be a lot cheaper
