Dunkin' Donuts

I enjoyed DD. My friend and I met there to study. The coffee and doughnuts were good. My only complaint is that there is only a one-person restroom, and there was a big crowd, so it was difficult to cut through all of those people in a tiny floor space only to wait for people to use the restroom. Other than that, great coffee shop. Also, don't come there from 3-3:30, the BUGC kids will leave you standing there for a very long time.

Some days they get my coffee just right. Others I wonder why I even thought to stop there. Service slow. Don't give full cup of coffee. Too much flavoring. Must depend on who's working that day. I don't know.??

Coffee and donuts are good, but the cleanliness of the equipment is disgusting. The back of the machines and the cup racks facing customers are full of dust. The staff member working the front counter never smiled and then rolled her eyes because she had to turn back around to grab a second donut. Didn't get our drinks for 10 mins, had to ask the staff and then they made them.

Quick service, courteous staff. Was given a flavor swirl after ordering a non-dairy shot once and they were happy to remake it free of charge. Sunday mornings are pretty packed with the post church crowd, but ordering ahead with the app cuts the wait time.
